I didn’t think you could mess a bagel up, but here I am writing this review. The lady making the bagel whispers on purpose knowing you can’t hear her. The bagel was barely roasted, the cheese not melted at all, no sauce nothing. A breakfast place and they are already out of bacon. The cashier was nice though.

Very rude employees.. made negative comment about a customer as they walked away. My bagel was cold and not made the way I asked for it. I suggest going somewhere else.
Not a good breakfast sandwich. Wish I went to Bojangles. Bagels are factory made, more like the kind you get from the bread aisle at Harris Teeter. Egg was gelatinous. Bacon was chewy. And here’s the kicker…Want your sandwich on an everything or jalapeño panel, no problem…Want it on an Asiago bagel, that’ll be an EXTRA $3.00. That’s right, Asiago is a $3.00 upgrade. Hahahaha. That’s not a typo. $3.00 for a different bagel. Seriously…this has to be the owner’s way of tricking some folks into spending an extra 40% for a very common bagel. And on top of that, the server actually said, I was the only one to say anything? Wel, I’m sure many are thinking it.
Really good coffee. Big bagel breakfast sandwich that my son loved.
The Great American Bagel at terminal B Charlotte International Airport was not good. The panini was the worst I have ever had and ended in the trash. Avoid.
I had the Bacon Sunrise. It had a nice portion of bacon and eggs but was on the cold side. The cheese was not melted and overall it was barely warm. Overall not a horrible breakfast it just wasn’t great. Airport, can’t expect much. Also pricey but again airports have a captive audience.
The girl working at the counter was more intrested in her social media on are phone than helping any customers the entire time we were there she couldn't wait to get back on her phone this is a horrible way to run a business I understand it's not fine dining but surely you can hire somebody that can at least give you the time of day when you're in their spending your money
My wife and I had to kill 2 hours waiting for our flight and were getting hungry for a light breakfast. This place was near our gate and offered much smaller affordable selections than many other places with fuller (and expensive) menus. So, we ordered a bagel and coffee. They were actually pretty good----to our pleasant surprise. Sure, they were NOT inexpensive, but prices were typical for airports AND prices were much cheaper than other restaurants with more extensive menus. We'll keep our eyes open for places like this Bagel Company at other airports!
We got the turkey club and the turkey cali. Both were very good. Would get them again. Couldn't give the place 5 stars though as the servers were grumpy. Not friendly at all. Barely would answer a question. Like it was a bother that we were there.
Bagel ok but over priced.. Better off just getting some coffee or juice. Staff friendly and helpful.

...wanted a slice of pizza bad!!! the young lady recommended the pizza bagel...I'm thinking nah...that sounds just gross...she says you will love this!! I LOVED IT!!! nice & cheesy, not too much sauce & toasted perfectly!!! normally airport prices are just ridiculous, this sandwhich was a GREAT deal!!!
We stopped there for a coffee and bagel between out flights. There was a long line that was moving very slow. As we got closer to placing out order we noticed 6 people standing behind the counter. One waiting on customers and one working the register. The other four we arguing about who should be working the register and who should be cleaning tables, etc. They argued and the customers waited. The bagels were really good and the service was really bad.
Delicious food but abit overpriced.
How do you ruin coffee and a bagel. This place did it. Bagel taste bad and even worse. Atmosphere sloppy along with tables in dining area. Servers try, but don’t cut it. Knowledge of what there selling zero. Typical airport restaurant fare...poor food at high prices!
Any size bottle of water sells for $3.99, but a request for three cups was denied. I didn't buy the water. We've come to expect gouging prices at airports, but to deny a customer three cups so that all could drink the large bottle of water is incomprehensibly unaccommodating and inhospitable, especially in the supposedly hospitable American south. The turkey panini was satisfactory, only. My companions were satisfied with the chicken pesto panini.
