Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

Pay your workers more. They shouldn't have to have their kids running around a restaurant and busy parking lot. If this is the owner. Do better. Your kids should not be running around this parking lot like a playground.

I’ve been dining here since it opened, portions have literally shrunk in half. Food tastes ok, but is no longer worth the money.

Food is always great, staff is not polite but they're not rude. Don't understand the comments about cleanliness, if you've worked in a kitchen you can tell this place is just fine

We will never go back there again. The lady at the counter was not very pleasant. When I arrived home I discovered part of my order was missing. We had to go back and pick it up. When my husband went to eat his food overcooked and he had to take it back they did make him a new one but it wasn't very good. There crab rangoon was very bland.

Food was flavorless. Had a very simple meal pork fried rice (rice was overcooked with no flavor and chewy pork), hot and sour soup and a nice kick but was almost all broth and stuff that was in it was chewy and flavorless. Egg rolls were good but super greasy and to wrap it all up no fortune cookies. :-(

Based on this simple meal and lack of flavor and subpar quality I would not return or even try anything else from them.

First time and last time we will ever order from them. When we first walked in to the restaurant, it smelled like a septic tank and it is filthy. Windows smeared with grease and dirt. Chunks of dirt and bugs in the corners. Staff has a bad attitude. Girl who took our order didn't want to answer any questions about the food and the threw her pen on the counter. The cook was not only screaming at the staff but she was yelling at a customer yelling her she is wrong when she said her order was wrong when she ordered vegetable lo mein. We ordered a variety of things. General Tso was so over cooked, it was burned and hard. appetizer pork ribs, over cooked to a point of it being Jerky. Pork lo mein, sticky noodles, over cooked and missing the pork. Vegetable lo mein, sticky and over cooked. Chicken in spicy garlic sauce, bland, no garlic and no spicy.

The food here is always really good, everytime we order its well cooked and very tasty. Some other people don't like how the food tastes or whatever but that's just your preference, this is actually how this food is supposed to be made. Yes it's greasy and some people with sensitive stomachs are bothered by it, but that's just american fast food.The service is very good, whether over the phone or in person the people taking orders are kind and quick, makes takeout so much easier. People say they sound rude or sarcastic but I've never had that problem? Nobody here has ever come off as rude, people just have monotone voices sometimes. And plenty of restaurants have people yelling at eachother, it's not that they're mad they need to be loud enough to hear eachother.Atmosphere is not supposed to be to the level of a 5 star restaurant guys... it's Chinese take out. To me it's clean, I've never gotten sick by the food or anything. It's so funny to read the bad reviews, yall are so sensitive!

This place is a joke!!! The beef and broccoli was the color of the sun.. The rice was neon bright yellow and the meat was so tough I couldn’t chew it.. The egg roll was nothing but hard cabbage..

Usually good. However this time meat in broccoli beef combo tough mainly gristle. Really disappointing.
