Courteous, attentive service, good food and generous portions, decent atmosphere but the background music was a bit too loud for me, making it difficult to hear all eight fellow guests at our table. We will go back.

The music was perfect, not too low and not too loud!! There were other people in the restaurant but we couldn’t hear their conversations. The booths are very comfortable!! If you’re looking to grab drinks the bar is perfect for that. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious, I didn’t even need salt or pepper because it was nicely seasoned.Vegetarian options: I tried the veggie combo and the vegetables were so well seasoned, very fulfilling. I didn’t even get to eat the second half of the meal.

We’ve been to a few Rio Grande’s and although most the food is good, the service at New Garden is the best. Great food, great service!Parking: Plenty of parking

Great place to eat and affordable! Love the Rio dip, it's the favorite for sure! I'm picky about Mexican and they are always consistent.

My carne asada was not ready until all my friends finished their orders, couldn’t wait longer after 50 minutes and we were ready to leave. Dine-in became takeout, and the steak was tasteless. Fun time to realize how bad the kitchen could be.Parking: Horrendous parking

My first time trying here and a small place perfect for an authentic Mexican foods. Everything was fresh and hot despite going on taco Tuesday for .99cent tacos with a drink order they were busy and came with everything pretty quick! This place was delicious.Covid reasons they are keeping tables inside to a minimum it seems like. There is a good size patio area too!

(Both tacos and ACP in photo)Staff was great too. Kudos to all.Looming to come back for taco Tuesday for 89 cent tacos!!

We've been going to Ham's restaurants for many many years and although it was never what could be described as stellar, it never left me really disappointed. Recently we had been going to the one in High Point, but made the trip up to New Garden to listen to the Brother's Pearl acoustic duo that were playing. All I know is the two restaurants may be named the same, but they must not have the same recipe's. And surely not the same quality of service. My wife ALWAYS gets the buffalo chicken dip to start off when we go to the one in High Point because she absolutely loves it. And the service there has always been good to excellent. She of course ordered it expecting the same. Not even close. It sucked so bad she only had a small taste and ate the chips. We're not ones to complain about food to servers because it isn't their fault, so we didn't say anything. But the service was disappointing anyway though. The lady acted like she was mad at every one of her tables. After her shift ended and she was replaced, the service improved drastically. After the dip, neither of us was inclined to order any further food though.

Cheese fries were awesome, buffalo wrap was garbage, and the sweet tea was fantastic.

Had our fantasy football draft here today August 11th 2019. Tried the bison burger and it was really good and the chips were floppy just tge way u want them.

This was the last time I'm willing to go to Ham's. The burgers weren't cooked well, the manager didn't address the problem, the wait time to get the manager was unacceptable and the corporate office never fixes the problem. They have gotten the last of my money that I'm willing to spend.

Bacon &Cheese fries were over cooked. Home cooked fries were too greasy. Rubens were good and so was the vegetable soup. Service was excellent , had a great waiter.

Food and drinks were satisfactory. A lot of TV's with every sport known to man playing on them. The waitstaff was super friendly.
