There wasn't an employee there that was working with a full deck. Took forever to take the order and then when I got it it was totally wrong. I didn't have the patience to try to explain that three out of four items in my bag was wrong. They already had my money so I just left.

It is currently 7:04. The dinning hall doesn’t close until 8 but all of the doors are locked and no one is answering at driver through. Not a good experience.

I just left 5 mins ago. The drive thru worker was rude and wouldn't let me say the order. She was cutting me off to ask me small or medium. I left without any food.

The staff was nice and the cinnamon roll was ok, but the sausage patties are unforgivable. You know that smell you get when meat turns gray and kind of steams instead of browns? That same and taste permeated the entire sandwich. I'll never eat Hardee's breakfast again:/

Ordered through the app, went to pick up, and was told they weren't open. Went back when they said they were open and was told they still weren't opening until 30 minutes later. It was an hour and a half past the hours they had on the store, the app, website, and Google. They did not cancel the order when asked to and did not refund me. Inconsistent service and it makes sense they are not busy. The only good Hardee's in Greensboro anymore is the one by Guilford College.

Very kind drivethru employee. Food was better than expected. I exchanged the original bun with sourdough bread. The employee listened and responded with a smile. The difference between this hardees location in Greensboro and the hardees from winston salem is extreme. This hardees seems to have excellent customer service and a great clean appearance. Thank you for such a positive experience. The friendliness could be compared to a cold drink of water on a hot summer day.

I purchased the 5pc chicken tenders. I was pulled up to wait for "fresh" tenders to cook. The food was brought out and I didn't check it before I left, trusting my order was correct... so as you can see these are not tenders but pieces of tenders and some is just breading. Then I called to notify the manager but guess what no one picked up. Customer service is at an all time low. It is really sad that someone will happily serve food they wouldn't eat themselves or pay for. It absolutely infuriates me because I have many years of experience working in fast food establishments and in customer service. Food is ridiculously expensive and when you are given substandard service it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. There's no need to call corporate because they don't have live representatives and will NEVER return your call. I'm over giving businesses my hard earn money for poor goods and services.

One reviewer said their omelet biscuit was perfect...mine was not. Looked like a biscuit for a toddler, definitely not an omelet just egg and cheese. I also purchased scrambled eggs and I received a square egg sliced up. French toast was old and hard. Drive-thru lady had a little attitude. Like every other fast food restaurant in Greensboro, you're not going to be satisfied.

My order was taking right away but there was one car in front of me I waited 10 minutes for that car to be served. Then when it came my time I sat there for another 3 minutes and then I was pulled for at least five more minutes service time is terrible. I ordered chicken strips they also was terrible I would never order that again the chicken inside was slimy I decided to try this again because I ordered it once before and it was the same outcome.

Hardees used to be amazing in the late 90s even the mid 2000s but this location is by far the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever experienced and it’s consistently horrible matter fact the only consistency this place has is terrible customer service and this is from the entire area there’s nobody around here to can say anything good about this location all the people working it

The order taker was very polite. The young man at the window was very polite and friendly. The food was hot but all the burgers that we got was salty. They were out of alot of things.

5 Star Review Alert!!!! The LOADED omelet biscuit was perfectly made and so, so delicious. I went through the drive-thru around 10:40AM and was afraid that maybe the biscuit wouldn't be fresh bc of it almost being lunch hours, but went with it anyway and I'm so glad I did. The biscuit seemed like it had just come out of the oven. It was so good and so much better than the Bojangles biscuit I paid over 5.00 for the day before. From now on I'm getting breakfast at Hardee's! The two ladies who helped me/spoke to me, were also so nice! Give Hardee's on Randleman Road a shot. You WON"T be disappointed!!!

When you get in line to order. It takes forever. More than a couple times you'll sit there for 10 minutes and not move and when you do place your order and get your food the biscuits are cold and not worth the time eating and waiting to get food
