Came to get breakfast the first person in line and 2-3 door dashers come and I’m waiting 20 minutes standing there and they ignored me. Don’t even take my order! Worst customer service I’ve had at any Hardee’s!! I will never come back!!!!!

Workers are rude. My order is always wrong, half the food is ALWAYS cold!!!! Looks like most of it has been sitting for hours. Literally the WORST hardees i’ve ever been to. After today I honestly can say I’ll never visit this location again. & to the manager - go home if you don’t want to work. The way you treat people is disgusting and shows you lack professionalism and customer service skills.

I like Hardee's but they are very pricey. And most of them seem to have a run down appearance. The food is good . Service is good. But you walk away feeling like somebody just picked your pocket.

My husband placed a big order ($30+) andfor dinner which included chicken tenders and burgers. My burger bread was molded. I had already begun eating it when I discovered the mold. Took it back to the restaurant to show the staff and asked to speak to a manager to show them also. The staff took a pic and sent it to the manager, but I still didn't get to talk to or get addressed by the manager. The staff was completely disappointed, discussed and very apologetic. I truly appreciate the staff for helping with the matter. But I guess I expected more from the manager. Not even a face to face apology or anything. I'm a "gold star" member and order from them often. Just wow!

Well I walked in around 1:00. Was nobody in the place but me. I walked up to the counter. It was a girl sitting at one of the other tables on the telephone talking and I stood there for 5 minutes. Waiting on somebody to wait on me. Didn't see nobody. Finally the girl got up at the table and come over and waited on me so I ordered. Told him what I wanted on my burger. Well they were out of tomatoes I said well I guess that's fine. Went to get my drink. The drink machine didn't work. They had to give me my drink from behind the counter. No big deal so I got my food set down to eat. The fries have been cooked for at least an hour. The burger was dry for $11 for that meal. I felt like I was cheated badly.

This establishment is in need of some TLC. I went through the drive-through, and it seemed to take a bit longer than it should. The food was barely warm. The outside is not inviting.

Went yesterday said I could in use door dash or something else so I left went today they couldn't give me change back from a $20 left again. Y'all have been in this location since I was a kid but now it is one screwed up place please try harder
