I like Hardee's but they are very pricey. And most of them seem to have a run down appearance. The food is good . Service is good. But you walk away feeling like somebody just picked your pocket.

My husband placed a big order ($30+) andfor dinner which included chicken tenders and burgers. My burger bread was molded. I had already begun eating it when I discovered the mold. Took it back to the restaurant to show the staff and asked to speak to a manager to show them also. The staff took a pic and sent it to the manager, but I still didn't get to talk to or get addressed by the manager. The staff was completely disappointed, discussed and very apologetic. I truly appreciate the staff for helping with the matter. But I guess I expected more from the manager. Not even a face to face apology or anything. I'm a "gold star" member and order from them often. Just wow!

Well I walked in around 1:00. Was nobody in the place but me. I walked up to the counter. It was a girl sitting at one of the other tables on the telephone talking and I stood there for 5 minutes. Waiting on somebody to wait on me. Didn't see nobody. Finally the girl got up at the table and come over and waited on me so I ordered. Told him what I wanted on my burger. Well they were out of tomatoes I said well I guess that's fine. Went to get my drink. The drink machine didn't work. They had to give me my drink from behind the counter. No big deal so I got my food set down to eat. The fries have been cooked for at least an hour. The burger was dry for $11 for that meal. I felt like I was cheated badly.

While they were out of ketchup, the lady that greeted me was super kind and had amazing customer service. They were also very fast. I would come here again to enjoy a Hardee's breakfast.

This is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Placed an order on the app and upon arrival the kitchen was in chaos. The staff were yelling/quarreling/threatening to quit. Ultimately, waited 45+ minutes and ended up with cold food because they were adding one item at a time. I would have cancelled the order but that is apparently not an option with the app once charged. Avoid this terrible establishment at all costs.

I went to get the brown sugar bacon Frisco burger. They informed me that they would not have any longer, but I can get the regular burger or come back tomorrow and get the maple Frisco burger. I ordered the regular Frisco burger I ordered 2 they were cold. I tried to call back 3 times, but no one answered the phone. I love the frisco burgers and would love to have a hot one. I will try it again. This time, hopefully, it'll be hot. I drove from High Point
They got my order wrong and then was rude about it. NOT COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! I recommend not going here unless if you want to be treaded like crap.
