Didn’t realize what time it was but it was closing time and they just let me stand there for 4 minutes without any acknowledgment. The reason I walk in is because people were still there waiting for orders and eating. After they asked have I been helped I told them no and was asked was I picking up an order and I said no I hadn’t even ordered yet and I said I’m not ordering anything.

I ordered food from here and had it delivered to me and I was unable to eat my food due to them forgetting my sauces I paid extra for I didn’t even reserve 1 sauce I left my food the way it was I didn’t eat it and I couldn’t call the restaurant and let them know because by the time I had reserved my food they had closed I came the very next day with my food and they refused me service the lady taking orders literally walked away from me all I wanted was a new plate made with yum yum sauce or a refund I didn’t think I was asking for much I am very upset I live there food I am not a Greensboro native and this is the best Hibachi restaurant I have found here I will not be ordering from here again.

The food we got here was pretty fairly priced! You paid for what you got. The place was fast and got our food out in a fashionably timed manner. I think it's more so a quick grab and go type restaurant rather than sit down, though there are some seats inside for eating, like 3 tables of 4.
