I love the food there. I always get the steak and chicken combo. The white sauce and ginger sauce are both really good. I have never had any issues with my food. Always fast and friendly service. I would definitely recommend.

I called to place a pickup order. As soon as I walked in it smelled like a fish market. I have never stepped foot inside of a restaurant that smelled like that, it immediately turned me off. I ordered the sesame chicken, I was not satisfied with it. I hope the hibachi dishes are better. Not sure if I will try again.

The first time I went there everything was fine including the service . I went there again and the food was nasty and old . The teriyaki was soy sauce like I didn’t recognize and they tried to give me half my money for one order and the other order I didn’t get my money back . This was the worst experience and taste ever. I work hard for my money and when I spend it on food especially at your restaurant I deserve to be treated with respect and have good quality food.

I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!! I’ve been going to Hibachi Fusion for years. I would go weekly in high school for lunch, and the staff is so fantastic they’ve learned my name over the years. They go out of their way to prepare the food how I like it, and always ask how I am. When I return to Greensboro from college, they ask how school is and still remember me.
They’re the best, I wouldn’t go ANYWHERE for hibachi except Hibachi Fusion.

Every time I visit this establishment I am OVER CHARGED. After bringing it to their attention my last visit they simply said sorry. Upon my next visit, I ordered hibachi steak lunch special and noted the price on menu, $8.95. The gentleman rings me up and tells me my total is $12.65. When I told him there’s NO WAY possible…he apologizes again. Offers to hand me $1. He then wants to cancel my charge and charge me again. I refused. TIRED OF BEING OVERCHARGED!! Will not be visiting again. Make sure to check your prices. They already charge extra fees for you to use your card.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I placed an order online and it was ready immediately. I got the hibachi Chicken with white sauce. The Chicken and rice was fine but the veggies were a little off, they had a weird after taste. Whatever sauce they’re using it looks and tastes like they pour it over everything.
