Haven't had meat in awhile and was craving Turkey so I gave this place a try. Had the Turkey bbq with greens mac and cheese and yams on the side. It was an ok meal, the Turkey was very dry but the side sauce gave it a little boost of more flavor, mac and cheese doesn't taste homemade and everything else was just ok. It was a first time try, since I'm a big fan of Turkey legs I'll try just that next time.
Happened to try these good folks at a food truck festival. I’ve heard of this restaurant for a while and as a man that does not dine on the swine this intrigued me. I tried these “crack and cheese” first. It was a bowl of Mac and cheese, topped with turkey BBQ, turkey cracklings and bbq sauce.
