This used to be the only place I'd go for Japanese. Food was always good and consistent. Some of the best sushi in GSO. However, they've changed owners, and it's all changed now. It's okay, but no where near as good as it was before. I'm willing to give them one more chance, but if it's not like it was, I'll probably have to find a new place.I felt the need to edit this review to say the food here now isn't BAD. It's just different to a long time customer like myself.

Food was just okay but the condition of the place made it very difficult to eat my food. There were unhealthy plants everywhere and everything was physically dirty. Even the white sauce skirt bottle I was given looked filthy. If you ever try this place I would order pick up.

I saw all the rave reviews about the salmon at Hoba so I went to try it and I will say it was delicious!!! It was juicy, flavorful and crispy!!! My order was ready in only 15 minutes and it was very affordable. They give great portions!Some of the best salmon I’ve tasted.

Love to come get sushi from here. I come here about twice a week it's that good. I tried something different this time. I got California and Crunch rolls, with eel and spicy mayo sauce. LOVED IT!!! It's so fresh and affordable. They have a deal for 3 rolls for 14

EVERYTIME I place my order online- it’s NEVER ready when I get there!! I order and pay online- I get there and I still have to wait at least 10 minutes!!! Unacceptable Hoba!! You must do better!!!

The food is always delicious. We were as the restaurant had just opened so service was slow. Only the owners were there. It was lunch time and no extra wait staff. The man was very cordial but the lady waitress was very unpleasant. Never smiled and never returned to our table to offer refills. And it was hot there The third time I've been there and eating in with NO A/C. Yes I'll go back with hopes of better service.

The fried rice was good. Especially with the white sauce. The orange chicken was disgusting and very soggy. It tasted like it was made days again and just sat out. I am currently on the toilet with what I think is food poisoning. Never coming back to this place. Please do
