Found this place at the last second before we went nuclear Hangry and I must say we were impressed! The service was stellar (JJ is the freaking bomb at her job!) and we loved her suggestions. Place was super busy and they did not miss a beat! Will be back again.

Called to place a pick up order and the person who happened to answer the phone is one of my former coworkers!! But before I knew that she was very kind.? I got the sliced beef in chili oil, pan fried dumplings, and cucumbers in special sauce. I give the dumplings a 6/10. Good but not my favorite. The Sliced beef in chili oil?? 12/10!! So flavorful and spicy just the way I like it!! And the cucumber appetizer??? Man I’ll go back just for that. So good. So unbelievably good. Overall experience is 13/10!!!! Definitely coming back.?

The food is not just authentic Sichuan and some other regional Chinese, but cooked with a very high level of skill. The 干煸四季豆 is the most beautiful example of this dish I have eaten in over 40 years of eating this dish, including in China. I think I tasted green Sichuan peppercorns, quite a treat. I look forward to trying many more things on the menu. The service, in the several times I've been, has been unfailingly helpful, and the place itself, while nothing fancy, is clean and shiny, with booths, windows. I haven't tried all the Chinese restaurants in town (most of them, a quick look tells you all you need to know), so there may be another great one I haven't found, but I haven't been terribly eager to do an exhaustive search either, because this one could easily be the best.

A little pricey but Food is amazing. I enjoy spicy food but always had to get up to get a refill. The only Asian place I know that has an entree without rice. You have to pay for it separately. Kinda disappointed

The food tasted good, just make sure you’re ready to wait for it. We went at an off hour (around 2pm) and it still took 45-50min from the time we ordered to get the first plate of food delivered to our table. The strange thing was the table that arrived 10 minutes after us got 2 plates delivered before we even got our first one. I was told by the server that they were short staffed in the kitchen and that we “arrived at the same time” as the other table so some plates that are faster to cook will come out sooner.

This establishment is one of the rare gems that offer authentic Chinese cuisine in the Triad area. The dishes are inspired by various regions of China and have exceptional flavors that surpass those of many Chinese restaurants in major cities such as Washington, D.C., Atlanta, and Las Vegas. However, the service can sometimes be slow due to staffing shortages, especially during peak times such as weekends or Furniture Market Time. We suggest making a reservation in advance and being patient with the staff.

I cannot believe that we spent over $50 per person for such a dismal experience. This service was nothing short of a complete disaster. From start to finish, it was an absolute nightmare. The level of incompetence displayed by the staff was mind-boggling, and their attitude was shockingly poor. Not only did they fail to meet even the most basic expectations, but they also managed to make the entire experience incredibly frustrating and unpleasant. To make matters worse, the portion sizes were incredibly small, and the quality of the food was beyond disappointing - it was utterly mediocre at best. I wouldn't wish this service on my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs!
