**Hooters of Greensboro** W Gate City Blvd / W Meadowview Rd 3031 High Point Road, Greensboro, NC 27403
On Sunday, January 12, 2025, our softball team visited Hooters from 4 PM to 8 PM for a team meeting. We spent over $720 during our time there, but we were informed that we could not order any more beer towers due to Hooters' policy, which we understood as explained by our waitress.
However, when we asked to speak with the manager about the beer tower limit, Ashley, the manager on duty, came to our table. I simply wanted to ask a polite question about the policy regarding beer towers, but instead, she accused me of trying to argue with her. I chose to stop the conversation at that point.
While we respect Hooters' policy regarding beer tower limits for large groups, I was disappointed by the manager’s attitude when we inquired about it.
Part 2:
We wanted to respectfully address the beer tube limit policy. For our small group of four people, we decided to order pitchers. However, Ashley, the manager, denied us service. I am at a loss for words to express our frustration with this location. Overall, we had a terrible experience with the management.
Just to clarify, we started the day with 20 players and a manager, but by the end of the meeting, only four managers remained.

This place is an absolute joke! Went for lunch and they are so understaffed that you can barely get a table and IF you do the service is trash. Food wasn't even good, shame they closed the High Point location instead of the Greensboro one. I will NEVER go back to this location!
Really good fried shrimp, steamed shrimp, and buffalo chicken dip.

Today was a day for wings and beer. We decided to eat at the hooters in burlington, where we were met with horrible customer service. After leaving we decide we would go to the greensboro location which was a great choice. Lauren our server was very sweet and pleasant from the time she set us and doing the process of taking our orders. Great job lauren
