Came in this past Sunday (Easter) to watch the Duke vs NC State game and eat with my husband and our 2 children. First let me say, business was slow and there was at least 6 waitresses. Only 6 or 7 tables occupied and maybe 6 peopled seated at the bar. Service was horrible and the food did not taste fresh other than the chicken strips my husband got. Our waitress only checked on us maybe 3 times in the 2 hours we were there. A little advice, make sure your servers are taking care of the customers rather than standing around in a group on their cell phones. Very disappointed that we spent $130 for such a bad experience.

Musta been a slow day ...no one looked happy at all to be there took forever for our waitress to come by. After she knew we were there it was OK ?. SMH who place was down no music women's sports on just atmosphere was a downer.

Dropped in around 4.00pm to have some drinks and snacks with 3 other couples. After some confusion we got seated and finally place our orders. It was unfortunate that we did as we should have walked out as the place was chaotic and seem to lack any structure or leadership. I like my beer and am not to partial to knocking off a few quite quickly but despite my efforts I only managed to get 2 beers in 2 hours. Every order and I mean every order on the table was wrong, cold, or didn’t come. A table next to us just got up and walked out. This is my first bad experience at Hooters and I would never go back to that store. Having been to Hooters in many states I can confidently say this is the worst Hooters I’ve been to. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Went for 12 buffalo shrimp and fries and after 30 minutes still nothing . Paid for drinks and left. Very poorly ran and. I don’t recommend this place at all. No hostess and manager wasNo where to be found!
