We wait a lot to be seated (16 people) but once we get the table the waitress was awesome with us very good service thank you.

Love Hooters food and have never had a bad experience. Never felt like the waitresses were dressed raunchy or acting raunchy. Don’t ever think you are gonna walk into this place and have that experience. The waitresses were wearing thong string bikinis and they had a security guard. Not exactly the same kind of Hooters you find anywhere other than Greensboro.

Terrible food experience. The server was nice though. I ordered ten smoked wings, all flats. 15 minutes later I was told the smoker was broken and they can't do all flats. I ask about majority flats she says that's fine. She returned 10 minutes later stating they didn't have any flats period (wtf?) and hands me a menu. I end up ordering tenders and fries which I didn't want. They come out fast but the rest of my party has to wait an addition 25 minutes for their food!!! This was a very unpleasant experience and we won't be back.

Horrible experience! Apparently, if you’re the wrong ethnicity, you get shotty attention. Others were smothered with whatever they needed while others got wrong Orders and cold food. Never again will me and my friend enter those doors.

They had a sign that said to wait to be seated, so me and my friend waited for over 10 minutes while the waitresses all stayed behind the bar. We watched as one customer got up and refilled her own drink behind the wait station. There was absolutely no greeting or anything. I absolutely love the Hooters on Gateway in Concord, so I was hoping to really enjoy this one since I moved up here, but it was a major let down to the company as a whole. I will not be back.

Service is horrible. Waited for 5 mins to be seated. Waited another 10 minutes for a waitress to even asked have I been helped. I said no, the waitress said she'll send someone to my table and then she walked away. Waited another 10 minutes, seen about 5 waitress just walking around like a chicken with their head cut off. I end up leaving. I'd rated it a 0 if I could.

Stopped by to watch basketball tournament and lots of sports fans and TV's. Had an appetizer and some draft Red Oak. The fried pickles were lightly breaded and the sauce was tasty. Our bartender was the real deal. The only criticism was we could not get the menu to scan and no printed menus to be had.

On a Saturday afternoon, I met with a couple of friends (and their dog) for lunch on the Hooters patio. Our Hooters Girl was prompt in all aspects of her job. We had a special request for food for the dog (grilled chicken with no sauce or seasonings) and they did that well - even chopped it into small pieces. As for my food - I had my standard Hooters fare of a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with cheese and curly fries as the side. All of our food was brought to the table in a timely manner, and we all enjoyed our meals and our pleasant time of conversation on a sunny afternoon.
Came in and got seated rather quickly. My waitress, Kierra, who also seated me, took my drink order and was very quick. Food was ordered next and it came out hot. Best waitress I've had by far at this location.

Definitely won't return to this location. Waited over 45 minutes to be seated when over 30 tables were available. Had nothing to do with social distancing. When we were finally seated it was next to another group at a high top. Weird to be honest. Afterwards many others were seated with no wait at all. There was also plenty of waitstaff. It appeared that staff could care less about customer service and had one speed NFG. Food was good but will never return. Got the impression we were out of place. Honestly was a bad experience

9 of us are together all sat down and ordered at the same time. My wife and I ordered Oysters and fried pickles for an appetizer and 20 wings and fries for a meal. An hour and a half later everyone at the table was almost done eating we still hadn’t received nothing but our drinks. I told our waitress to cancel our order that we would go somewhere else. After we left they tried to charge our son for the meal we had cancelled and never received. Almost every drink that we ordered they couldn’t make for one reason or another. I don’t think I will ever try hooters again.

Horrible just like every other thing in Greensboro. Customer service is horrible. Manager said they weren’t seating 30 minutes before close. Two men walked in behind me and were seated. Kayla the manager said that they were open for drinks just not food.
