Both locations have trash parking, but you’re better off going to the Spring Garden location. I ordered the North Carolinian burger for takeout online — asked for it medium well with a runny egg, and it came well done with a fried-hard egg instead. Glad I asked for extra honey mustard before I left because that dry burger needed it. Run a couple errands before you come pick up your food because you’ll still be waiting when you get there. Also, way too many rude customers with no manners — the Spring Garden location definitely has a better crowd.

Excellent food. While waiting for my take out order, the girl bringing out the food was surprisingly confrontational with 6 different people waiting on orders. Everyone as they left were very dissatisfied with the negative customer service. It’s really too bad. This used to be a place where management really focused on ensuring a customer centered experience. :-/
We stumbled upon this place after seeing some posts on instagram. Let’s just say it does not disappoint. The staff was welcoming when we arrived. When asked for suggestions they recommended the onion rings. We ordered them and those were the absolute highlight of the meal. RED ONION RINGS! These were the best onion rings I have ever had. The breading was light and crispy with a good bite to the the onion but broke apart nicely. The dipping sauce complimented it perfectly. After devouring the onion rings we moved onto the burgers. They come in 6 oz, 9 oz and 12 oz options. My wife got the 6 oz Spicy Goat and I got the 12 oz Midnight burger. Both were amazing, juicy and had their own unique twist. The Spicy Goat had a nice tangy, sweet spice to it while the Midnight Burger had a rich creamy pigment flavor. I honestly would get both again (however 12 oz was a bit much). The wings were good, not the best but not the worst I have had. The Sweet Thai Chili were definitely better than the Mambo sauce. Overall, I would definitely come here again. The onion rings are a must. Excellent service, great food and unique burgers.

We did a big order and everything was correct and delicious!!!! It was a to go order so it’s awesome when you get back w everyone’s food correct. Not only that I forgot my receipt for my boss. The employees and manager had no problem helping me. The manager emailed it at my request, well I needed the paper copy. So I called back up there and they had it waiting for me at 6!! Thank you guys for your hard teamwork made my day and our belly’s happy !!!! Great people great food

Hops never disappoints. When we go to Greensboro we typically swing by and get some food here. I always build my own burger and it's perfect. They have the buns crispy around the egdes which makes them perfect and the parmesean truffle fries are amazing.
