Re-wrapped a little early and had to wait on two more to arrive from our group. Tried the deep fried mushroom appetizer and it came out appearing to be very greasy, but it was really good. Would definitely order that again. Also got the blooming onion and it was very good well. I ordered a fillet and lobster since it was just a little more than a fillet. The lobster came out really hard and tough and my filet was cold, not med rare. Our waitress immediately brought me another lobster and it was the same. The manager came over, and since our meal was almost done (except for my steak and lobster) he offered to comp my meal and also give me a steak to go. I thought that was amazing. While we waited, he cooked two lobsters for me to eat while we waited on the steak and they were perfect. Definitely above and beyond what I expected. Super nice manager. Will go again

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this Outback that left me deeply disappointed and irritated. From the moment we walked in, the service was lackluster. We were (barely) greeted with indifference and had to wait an unusually long time before a waiter came to the table, despite the restaurant being about 30% occupied.

Once at our table, it took ages for our server to take our order. When we finally placed our drinks and food orders, we were met with a lack of enthusiasm that made us feel unwelcome. We tried to flag down our server for assistance, but it seemed they were more focused on chatting with coworkers or being on their phones than attending to customers.

After another long wait for our food, we noticed that our orders were mixed up, with one dish completely missing. We also noticed the restaurant was a total mess with crayons, dirty napkins, and food all over the floors and tables.

To top it off, we were never checked on after our meals were served. It is clear that the staff has NO Respectable leadership, and lack basic communication and customer service.

Lastly, the customer service at Outback was disappointing and left a sour taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. I hope they can improve their service, as the food had potential, but I won’t be returning anytime soon, as I plan to reach out to higher management… The was really a horrible experience.

Middle of the road experience compared to other Outbacks I've been to, got a steak and it was okay, Mac and cheese was good, and baked potato was to be expected. Wish I was a little more impressed with it, but a solid night. I did go for my birthday and didn't love the choice.

Don’t eat here. A quick summary. Had call ahead seating, was ignored by the hostess for five minutes after arriving and still waited another 30 mins for seating. Had to get up and kid menus myself because the staff didn’t get them. No silverware because they didn’t have enough clean according to waitress. Same with appetizers plates. When they finally came there wasn’t enough for our party of seven. Didn’t get the remainder until our food arrived, about an hour after being seated. Most of the food was cold and the kids burgers looked like someone bought them from McDonalds hours earlier in the day. Steaks were so over seasoned with spice the women in our group couldn’t eat them. Oh, and we still didn’t have enough silverware for the food. Never did get it and we had to share what silverware was provided. Drinks were never refilled. I think our waitress was trying her best and it seemed the place was horribly understaffed and completely un-managed. The restaurant itself was filthy. Empty tables had spray bottles and rags on them or half rolled silverware which sat unattended for the two hours we were there. I don’t know how this place is still in business.

The service was horrible my daughter got sick after the food she ate and is missing 3 days of school after Sunday bc the food made her sick I do not refer anyone to eat at this restaurant I spent $116 for my child to get sick and the wait staff was awful I got a loaded baked potato it looked old I asked for another one it took 20 minutes to get my potato and my son ordered mashed potatoes never got them then the waitress came back and said they didn’t have any my daughter in law waited 30 minutes for her water with lemons to round it up this is the worst restaurant I been to!

Service was bad server kept forgetting things and and food took along time to come out and 3 out of 5 meals weren’t cooked right and my sister got food poisoning after all the problems server only took off an appetizer. How does this place have 4 stars? My family loves the blooming onion at Outback. I'm not sure what happened to our onion here, but it must have been hit with a shrink ray. I have never seen a smaller onion in my life. Then we waited for our meal, and waited, and waited... finally, the server let us know it would be out shortly. 15min later we received our meal, cold. I have never thought I would see a cold hamburger from the kitchen, but there it was on my plate. But hey, at least the 30-person party next to us our server was also waiting on had a good time. Don't think they left a tip either. Worst meal at Outback ever. Do not come here.

I had placed an order over the phone for to go, the person who picked up was rude like she had attitude. When I got there to pay for the food there was no body in the take away room, so I asked someone is someone coming so I can pay for the food but nobody came. I just saw one person in the dining area and she was on her phone doing nothing the rest of the staff I guess was in the back. When I did get my food, my steak was rare when I ordered medium rare.

Ordered a prime rib medium. It came as well done. Took server a long time to address. Said they did not have medium prime rib. Offered a rib eye. At that point was way too late. Everyone else had finished their dinner. No manager ever came by the table to check with us. I went home hungry since I did not eat. Absolutely horrible dinner experience. Had to ask them to take our meal off the bill. Still managed to spend o er $100 on dinner. Ridiculous.

After a 25 minute wait, we were seated in a booth that was open the entire time. The servers fingernails were so long, she punched in our order wrong. Ordered grilled chicken and they brought out grilled shrimp. Told us it was a mixup in the kitchen, meanwhile my 6oz sirlion sat in the kitchen and got cold while waiting on the chicken correction. Didn’t send back since who knows what they do to your food in the kitchen if sent back. Dust bunnies on the wall beside us. Visit reminded me why we patron Texas Roadhouse and not Outback. Will not return

I ordered through doordash and what you sent me was the worst meal I've ever had. You didn't even provide butter for the bread or the baked potato. The Alice Springs Chicken was burnt. I can't see how you are even still in business this was horrible

We went to this restaurant at 7pm on Saturday Feb 8th party of 4. We were told the waiting time will be 35min. We waited for 40min then checked with the manager Chris who was at the front, he said you need to wait 30 more min because more people made reservation online and they were given higher priority. We decided to wait a little more during which we saw manager Chris letting people seated right out of the door without checking their names, he clearly knows them so it seems like they were his friends or family. After waiting a full hour we decided to leave. The restaurant is clearly badly managed with 30% of the tables empty at that time. More than 5 different parties chose to leave without being seated after checking the crowded entrance. Needless to say, we will never be back.

Took quite a while to get my food. Bread was hard as a rock on the bottom. Server never came back to check on me or refill drink. Had to go to bar to checkout as server never brought me a bill. Note they were not that busy, this was a Monday around 1pm.
