Outback Steakhouse

It’s easy to jump online and leave reviews when something goes wrong, but we need to have the same energy when we have a great experience — and this was absolutely one of those times.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. From the hostess to the wait staff, everyone was wonderful. Our server, Rachel, immediately stood out. She was joyful, professional, and playful in the best way. We joked, laughed, and genuinely enjoyed interacting with her. She struck the perfect balance — attentive without hovering — checking in when needed while clearly managing other tables with ease.

The food runners were just as polite and helpful. When our food arrived, I asked for ketchup and ranch. Instead of redirecting me to our server, the runner asked if I wanted one or two of each and brought them back promptly, right as Rachel was coming to check on us.

When we finished our meal, we asked Rachel to get the manager. She gave us the most concerned look, thinking she’d done something wrong. When the manager (I believe his name was Chris) came over, Rachel stayed because she genuinely wanted to know what she could have done better — only to quickly realize it was all compliments. We shared how impressed we were with the entire team, from the hostess to our server and everyone in between.

The staff truly seemed like they wanted to be at work, and if they didn’t, they made a point not to show it. Everyone was pleasant, fun, and had a great attitude.

We look forward to coming back to Greensboro, and we will absolutely be stopping by this Outback again!

Went there on a Friday night was not busy got seated waited 15 minutes no one came to get our drink order or anything no one acknowledge we were there and we were walked by plenty of times

We went in there was not very busy sat there at the bar for about ten minutes.Nobody spoke to us.There were several workers and manager on the other side of the bar talking, and nobody acknowledged us.We got up and left.

Chris Gray is an amazing Manager and person. My Daughter and I have been coming to Outback every Sunday for several years & every Wednesday for the last year. Chris is the best I have seen so far.

Went on a Tuesday night, didn't seem overly busy but definitely understaffed, waited 10 minutes for a table ro be cleared. Server who was also bartending seemed overwhelmed and wasn't very present. First time eating here, food was decent I guess. Probably wouldn't go back.

I always order French Onion Soyp when I go. This was the best French Onion Soup I have EVER had in an Outback Steakhouse! By far and above the rest!

If you come here wanting good service, don’t get your hopes up. Server Daniel is the rudest server I’ve ever encountered. Was too obvious he didn’t want to serve people of color. No telling what he may have even done to the food prior to bringing it out. Slammed my plate on the table. Just hateful and blatant racist. Definitely overheard him using the N-word openly. If you don’t wanna work or be around people of color, stay home. He does NOT need to be doing any type of service work. Keep your bad energy away from other people. Outback, yall definitely need to step up and get him handled. More like he needs to be fired effective immediately! He had another table of older ladies, black ladies and was so hateful to them it made my blood boil. Cursing at them. Yall need to get em up outta there. TODAY

Unfortunately this location has declined greatly. All dishes were cooked poorly, plates stayed on table and we essentially had to buss the table our selves. No refills. Two steaks so bad we just sent back and didn’t re-order. We have been coming here for over 10 years and will not be back anytime soon

Don’t waste your money here🤮 The bread had hair baked in it, the ribeye was chewy and tough. I got the ribeye with shrimp 33.50 I got 4 small shrimp and it was 6 dollars more than the steak alone! Our waiter was not very attentive at all he never refilled our drinks once!
