Upon entry we were treated poorly. Kept changing our seats. Waitresses had attitudes and we just left because I don't want to spend my money were I'm not welcome. Please do better with customer service and treating people with kindness.

Big thanks to Outback for a delightful meal! The New York Strip steak was cooked to perfection, and the bread was just phenomenal—warm and tasty. I highly recommend this spot for anyone craving a solid steak and great service. Will definitely be back for more!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Steakhouse Outback and my experience was entirely positive. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made my dining experience even more enjoyable.The food itself was of excellent quality and the selection of steaks left nothing to be desired. The atmosphere was made even more pleasant by the good music and contributed to an overall great evening. Overall, I can fully recommend Steakhouse Outback

This was literally the best service! Chris and his crew were second to none. Drinks were always full. Food was cooked to perfection. Servers, you could tell, didn't have a "that's not my table" attitude. It seemed like everyone there was our server. My wife has a specific for steak. Medium, butterflied... and they nailed it! Lately, most nights out, a slight disappointment when my wife would get her steak and it isn't cooked right. Not here! Chris and his team were nothing short of perfect and we WILL BE BACK!

Mikayla was incredible! She was so sweet and constantly checked on us. The environment was very comfortable and Mikayla took amazing care of us! 5 stars for her!
We had Adam as a server and I will say he was more than attentive and incredible. He made sure that all of our food came out correctly and went over and beyond to make our experience great. Also, Chaz who brought out our food was really nice. We will definitely be back just to have another experience with them.

My daughter and I went to the Outback tonight. It was terrible. It has not been good the last 3 times I went and tonight was my last time going there again. My steak was not cooked as I asked. It was taken back to the kitchen and came back the same way it was when I sent it back. The blooming onion is way smaller than it used to be. Do they think customers will not notice? The tea is almost $4.00 a glass. My daughter had steak and shrimp and did not eat the shrimp after the first one. They were very very small and the taste was off. They usually bring the bread to the table first thing. I had to ask for bread since when the meal arrived they still had not brought any to the table. The entire meal was awful. I used to love to eat here and enjoyed it but I will not be back.

Recent visit Easter 2024. They are back to needing 3 tries to get the steak cooked right. That made it tougher cooking it 3 times. Still a nice visit.Hey at least they got the cook of the Steak Right. New system in the grill.It's just OK. But over priced for so so ok food so so indifferent service. Staff chat together forget they have guest to check on. Steak was grisly. Another visit few nights later was better got food drinks ect faster.

Had a large catering order, and it was a complete disaster, order was late, missing items, leaking dishes and sauce everywhere, missing plates utensils to get food out of containers, manager Sam was not willing to make things right or correct the errors or even offer an apology. She was also not willing to bring any of the missing items back. Don’t do business with them. They are completely unprofessional and lack the customer service needed when catering $1,700 orders. BEWARE!
