This place has got to be the biggest scam that I have ever seen in my life go in there they charge you $60 for four people to eat and you leave Hungary they barely give you any food and this goes for all IHOP restaurant chains somebody should do something about this place

The food was super cold , they served us with attitude, employees were on their phones gossiping about the work franchise. They were play fighting while our food was waiting to be served . After we complained they gave us the same food over again . It was a terrible experience I won’t ever come back again I will be contacting corporate.

Honestly lol I don’t see how this location continues to survive. Never fails that everytime we go something is wrong on the order and no we aren’t hard to plz either lol. I don’t think since we have started going to this location, we have had a smooth meal with no issues and we have been going quite frequently. When a meal states everything that comes with it, how can they leave stuff off and/or get it completely wrong? This location needs help and the ONLY reason we go to it is bc it’s the closest but enough is enough

We came in alittle after 6 and received poor service, one of my friends waited over 30 minutes for a single waffle with eggs and bacon. When she asked about her food she saw it sitting on the counter in the kitchen and she still didn’t get it for another 6-7 minutes. Now i usually have patience due to me working in restaurants previously, but there was about 2-3 small parties of 2-3 people and we ordered before everyone and she still got her food later than a costumer that arrived at least 5 minutes or more after our order was placed.

Trash restaurant service horrible experience here is like no others are n the worst way they are super inconvenient and inconsiderate of your time. I ordered my food 30 minutes before lunch spent the time to get there for them to not have my order even ready or prepared. I told them I would rather have my money back so I could get back to work on time. All employees ignored this request and still went to go make the food after I already told them I will be late to work From my lunch. I would avoid this restaurant at all cost. This business is always about empty inside, but takes forever to make your food as if they are a full house the customer before me while getting my food spent about 10 minutes just trying to find the order that was placed online this place is very unorganized and is mismanaged. I strongly believe some employees there cherish their jobs and even one pulled out money out of their personal pocket to pay before the manager even offered anything and has did not offer anything. This place is horrific and should be shut down or someone that honestly care about the company and customers I do feel sorry for the employees that do care about their job. That’s their but can’t do anything because of Poor management

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at IHOP! He was able to enjoy a free five-stack of pancakes thanks to a kind and accommodating manager who went above and beyond to help when the promotion didn’t show up on the app. After verifying his ID, everything was handled seamlessly, which we truly appreciated.
The restaurant was very clean and festive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pancakes were absolutely amazing—fluffy, delicious, and perfectly made!
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a few minor cleanliness issues. The salt and pepper caddy, syrup bottles, and silverware could use more attention to detail. However, the friendly and attentive staff made up for these small flaws, and we had a fantastic time overall.
Highly recommend this location for a great meal and excellent service!

Went there ordered our food 30 minutes passed by then another 15 minutes pass then food started to come out one plate at a time so me the family decided to get up and leave without eating anything since it's taking so long to get our food and the kids were getting hungry and sleepy .. will not catch us going back there again
One serve hosting the whole restaurant had an online order arrived at the time it was suppose to be ready and had to wait another 15 minutes because one person was working the whole restaurant

To her is How can you call customers rude when your service is just as bad. You get what you give. Now I understand why this ihops parking lot is empty alot now #newstaffasap

If I could rate no stars I would! Service is terrible the young lady with golden locs attitude is so nasty. I placed an order 40 mins prior and you mad cause I’m asking for a refund. Manager comes out no apologizes just hands me my food and walks off. Well let’s get to the good part! French toast under cooked can’t even lift it with a fork because it’s so soggy and undercooked. Never again!
