IHOP is pretty reliable and consistent, rarely issues but rarely amazing. Just an overall good breakfast with a generally clean atmosphere. Sometimes cleaning falls a little short.

Worst service i have ever. Food sat for 15min ready to be packaged and served and we still had to go up to the counter to get our order. After speaking to a server about waiting for the order!

Our waitress, Gaisha, put a smile on our faces and warmed our hearts with her precious attitude and attention. The food was awesome. The cook knows how to cook scrambled eggs without leaving them dry, and Charlie's omelette was awesome as well!! Be blessed!!

I recently visited IHOP with my lady, who was visiting from California and wanted breakfast during her trip to North Carolina. While the food was decent and appeared clean, the customer service left a lot to be desired.
Our experience with an employee named “Tequis” SORRY ( have to report for future reference ) was disappointing. She had an obvious attitude towards us and didn’t seem happy or interested in making our experience enjoyable. Something as simple as requesting hot chocolate instead of cold was met with unnecessary frustration “ very rude “ I understand that some people don’t care about their job and just work for a paycheck but at the end of the day, she represents THE BUSINESS.
We come to IHOP to spend our hard-earned money, and customers deserve to be treated with respect and care. I don’t typically like leaving negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience so others can make an informed decision about visiting this location.
I hope this review encourages the business to take customer feedback seriously and improve their service for the benefit of future guests.

They should specify the restaurant's hours on the website, it says that they close at 12 and we arrived at 11:20 to order something quick and they no longer wanted to serve us because they only receive takeout orders, I don't know what the difference is. 🤦🤷 And there was a couple eating

Went in for a quick lunch. Sat down 3 minutes in, we're asked if we're ready, we aren't. 15 mins then she comes back. It took almost 40 minutes for our food. There was one other customer and he had his food already. I asked for toast (I paid extra for it) and peppers and onions. She came with our food, I didn't get the veggies and said she's coming back with the toast. She comes back with burnt unbuttered toast, and a few slivers of veggies (which I paid $3 for) All employees were on their phones laughing and joking (I don't mind happy employees but not when it means the only table there is waiting forever.) And each employee that came around us smelt strongly of weed. (I smoke weed but it's unprofessional to be high at your job.)

Going again tonight in a few. Best coffee. I like a regular stack of pancakes at closing when they are made fresh, and the waiters & waitresses are looking forward to cleaning their stations and getting home. Really, a lot of other people do too.
