Didn’t get our order taken…restaurant was not what I would consider packed. Took a while to get seated then after seating our waitress encouraged us to leave…we stayed a while longer then took her advice and left.. on the bc way out the door she said “I told you so” needless to say we won’t be returning..

Review for Lanada Rd.We just ate here tonight and had the worst service we have ever had at any restaurant.Our waitress was Ashley.We were a larger party (11 people). However, we were the only table in there the majority or the time until 1 person showed up after a while which was attended by a different waitress. Obviously, we expect it to take some time as we are a big group which is no big deal. We were there for 1hr 45min for reference.During this time we ordered hot chocolate for 2 kids, we noticed rather quickly it had oil in it and we mentioned it to the waitress she said it was probably left from the whip cream. Either way, we asked for just regular chocolate milk instead to avoid the oil. To which the chocolate milk didn’t come until we were done and leaving.Furthermore, as our food came out we had no silverware. I had to go up to the front and physically grab silverware for all of us and bring it back to the table so we could eat our food while it was still warm.As our food came out, they got everyone else’s but a child’s and one adults food. The waitress “misplaced” the child’s and said “I’m trying to figure out where it went”. (It was never brought out to us for her to misplace it with someone else). Unfortunately, they did not get their food until after everyone else was done eating.Additionally, we never got any drink refills for any of our 11 drinks. And One guest asked for strawberry syrup when he received his food and did not get to it even though she acknowledged him and said she would bring it.Food was good and thank gosh we were the only table and not in any rush, I can’t imagine how much worse it would have been if it was busy.

Overall the experience was decent. I've been to significantly better IHOPs, but I've been to a couple worse ones. The staff was friendly, but seemed rushed because they appeared understaffed. The food was warm, but didn't taste fresh. The restaurant was mostly clean, but felt dark and uninviting. It also was not the easiest to get to, and the parking lot left a lot to be desired.

Ashley is our main host every single time we come to eat at this particular location. She is amazing and we appreciate her for making us feel welcome and comfortable. Also George is also an amazing manager. 10/10 would most definitely recommend at this location ?.

We came here and even though we were the only one at the line we kept getting passed because the cashier/waitress let the people who had just gotten up pay for their food first. Eventually she got the manager to sit us for her. We sat there for 30 minutes and not one time were we even asked if we wanted a drink we watched her help her other tables and then clean while she only had two other tables so we left it was horrible service

The young lady at the host stand at around 10:30a on 1/28 was very clearly not happy to be at work. You could tell it took almost all of her energy to ask how she could help me. The manager ( bald guy ) was mindlessly wandering around the restaurant and seemed to be more interested in flirting with one of his female staff members then paying attention to the functionality of his establishment.The dining area was dingy and had a musty oder. Multiple dirty tables with staff just hanging around without a care in the world. We decided to go elsewhere!
