I love this place. I’m here right now. The food is my favorite bar food in Greensboro. If you like hot buffalo wings, the pornstar sauce is the very best in town. Honestly all the food is good, though. Servers are terrific, it’s a very chill vibe. Just come here.

Charge my card $20 for what don't know but game was $8 hr but turn the balls on and only refund $6 back explanation for that???....maybe I was tipsy but charge my card $20.... Crazy service but guy should been straight forward with price....

Wanted to try something different and have it a try. I actually enjoyed myself, good food, mixed crowd with good energy, shot pool met some new people it was an overall enjoyable atmosphere. Safe to say I’ll be going back again.

Classic pool hall with some great food. Went here with a friend today and got a hot ham and cheese with fries and some buffalo wings. Not an alcohol drinker myself but they have a wide variety of drinks on tap and canned or bottled. Easygoing atmosphere that is family friendly as well and some great service to boot. Highly recommend!

Kid-friendliness: During the day it is a perfect family friendly location. Can’t speak to the nighttime experience but given they card at the door past 10 i wouldn’t recommend families go in around then.

Additionally, they impose a mandatory 15% tip requirement on every visit, irrespective of the quality of service rendered. I was personally banned from the establishment for failing to adhere to this tipping policy, despite having received subpar service. For instance, each drink I ordered was noticeably diluted, as I had requested minimal or no ice due to dental sensitivity. (It is worth noting that larger tips are traditionally given when service exceeds expectations, and it is unreasonable to expect substantial gratuity when the service provided is unsatisfactory.)

Please review their customer feedback, as it indicates that a significant portion of the banned individuals are people of color. It also appears that the establishment may selectively enforce policies to cater to a specific demographic.

Jake’s Pub & Billiards is a pretty solid place if you’re looking for good wings, good drinks, and a fun night out. I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5.

The wings? They were good—nothing mind-blowing, but definitely solid. About a 4 out of 5 in my book. They hit the spot, especially when you're hanging out with friends and just looking for something tasty. The drinks were also good, no complaints there.

Now, the real highlight? The billiards. I had a blast. The tables are nice, and it's just a great spot to kick back, shoot some pool, and have a good time. Honestly, probably the best billiards in Greensboro if you ask me. The atmosphere is chill, and it’s the kind of place you can lose track of time in.

Overall, if you're looking for a laid-back spot with good food and fun vibes, Jake's is worth checking out.
