The food is good when they get it right. Why should I have to check after you? How hard is it to put ham and cheese on haahbrowns??? Especially when the server on the phone confirmed what we ordered. It was the order for "David" today around 5We order all the time and it's always hashbrowns with ham and cheese. So disappointed with BOH and expo for letting that get by them.

The food is great diner food with excellent biscuits. The staff (yay Courtney!) are fun even when they have too much work. The place is great for a good meal at sane prices.

I had the spaghetti, which was delish, if a little heavy on the onions! Nice folk, diner atmosphere laid on just right. And the Blue Plate special each day has a lot of variety!
Food is great, service was awesome, downside is the water tastes like chlorine so it makes the tea also taste bad. They probably need a water filter system or need to replace a filter. Bathroom could use a good clean as well, hit water didn't work in the bathroom.Vegetarian options: Have plenty of vegetarian options just have to not order the meat with that particular plate.Kid-friendliness: Not a kids birthday party spot but fine for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Is wheelchair accessible but will need to have help opening front doors.

Didn't get my whole order I placed online and was told that I couldn't get a refund because it was placed in a different shift. This is a ridiculous policy, it shouldn't matter what shift the order was placed on, I should be able to get a refund no matter what time of day if I didn't get the whole thing.
