Ate here for the first time because I heard it was being sold and wow did it not disappoint! I see why it’s a Greensboro mainstay. The Italian sub was delicious and the staff was really friendly; the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy and the dining room is surprisingly large. Parking is in the back. I hope the new owners don’t change a thing!

Food and service where great. The atmosphere is a little run down and bathroom cleanliness needs some work. Jams Deli has been around for years. Directly across the street from Guilford College. I have eaten at this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed my meal.

Delicious! Great sandwich selection. The curry fries are amazing. Crispy and hot, not luke warm and soggy like other places. Fun diner seating and we'll priced. I'm surprised it wasn't busier.

Terrible service. The OWNER of the store was VERY rude to me and my son for no reason at all. First off, the owner was EXTREMELY high. He reeked of weed and me and my son both noticed it almost immediately (fyi there is a dispensary next door). This was our first time here and he was taking orders at the front. I walked up because we were confused as to where the trash was, and his tone was very disrespectful from the beginning. I asked him, and he replied with a sassy look and just pointed to the direction of the area of where I was supposed to put my trash and took a deep sigh without saying a word. I then proceeded to walk over and put my tray where he pointed, and then he went up to where I had put my tray and did it for me because I put it in the wrong area. He started throwing the trash into the correct bin very aggressively and kept staring me down while doing it. He then took another deep sigh and pointed to the sigh and said “food”, “trash” as if he was trying to mock me and my son. I don’t understand why he couldn’t have just used his words and told me that it was the wrong place instead of blowing it out of proportion and being disrespectful. Do not come here if you want good service and like a positive environment. Terrible I will not come here again.

I've been trying new restaurants since I've moved to Greensboro back in January. Jams Deli I feel like is a diamond in the rough. You can tell it's been around for a while. The food was great. I had a turkey reuben on rye bread. It was great. The fries and onion rings were good as well. I think the inside of the deli needs alot of updating. It's a nostalgic blast from the past. But not really inviting. It looks and feels old. I'm glad I tried it. It was good solid food.
