Can you please stop chopping up the bacon for your BLTS?!?! Nothing's worse than trying to take a bite and all the bacon crumbles out of the sandwich, there's no reason it should be chopped up!!!

I really want to like this place! I've been here many times over the years and it's ALWAYS disappointing. Usually just the service side of things. There is a senior wait staff that seems to take all the tables having other workers bring them drinks, menus and run their food but the server just swoops in and takes your order. Which will take forever. I only come eat here because it's close to the movie theater. I've missed the beginning of movies many times . I thought surely I have enough time to eat.. nope.
Not coming here anymore, everything is so expensive , I can't knowingly throw money away on crappy service. This business has a good thing going but they constantly drop the ball.

My children's chicken tenders were ripped in half, as though they divided the meals. There was 3 and 1/2 tenders in each box. I was very very very disappointed. I eat here a lot, and the service is worse in the evenings! Not happy at all!!

Never have I ever had a chicken Caesar wraps with the chicken rolled in BBQ sauce first, totally destroyed the taste of it
I realized there are toppings on it that weren’t include on the menu. It’s suppose to be chicken, lettuce, croutons, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. It had BBQ chicken, like a drop of Caesar dressing on it, and lettuce on a spinach wrap. It cost me $12.50 for zero of what I ordered. Ridiculous

Jay’s Deli is truly a hidden gem in Friendly Shopping Center. The food always tastes fresh and home-cooked, and everything I’ve had has been delicious. The atmosphere has a cozy, small-town feel that makes it relaxing to dine in—even during peak shopping hours. (YES, even the day after Thanksgiving!) Service is prompt, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Ordering online is also super easy and efficient. Some of my favorites are the BLT, hot dogs, quiche, and all of the sides—especially the hot chips qith and fried zucchini. They always hit the spot! Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and a genuine, home-feel experience.

I have had a huoerfixarion with the Jay's chicken and cheese for about a monrh. Unfortunately tonight my sandwich had deli paper chopped up and melted throughout-no way to eat around it. (Maybe hidden behind the provolone?) I called to let them know and they told me they could make me a new one if I drove back up there. I asked if they could refund my money and they said they could also do that if I came back up there. I inquired if they'd make me a new one for free in addition to the refund to account for the two trips and all of my lost time and they said no. I'm just surprised by the poor customer service.

Maybe I odered the wrong thing because the food was horrible. Stopped by today and I got the soup and salad. The potato soup was toooo thick and you could see the specks of flour they used to thicken the soup. Tried eating the salad with the very thin ranch dressing. Either I got the wrong items or people who give great reviews don't know what taste good. Nasty food.
45 minutes from order till getting a sandwich! Need I say more? Also menus haven’t been printed in 3 years as items are discontinued but still on the menu.
