Asked for a Giant turkey and it only had 6 thin slices of meat. I asked wait that's all the meat you give? The young guy said oh you want extra meat. I'm from jersey and that would never be acceptable. The cheese was almost see through. This was my first and last visit at this location.

Love picking up orders from this location. Everyone is friendly, quick on service, AND the window guy who looks like a Fallout 4 Minuteman comes there to clean the windows!! I'm actually about to stop doordashing and apply here 👌🏾

The bread is always hard. The tomatoes are moldy, I knew a guy that works there. Said entire boxes come in molded, or rotten. The dude making my sandwich would just be picking around bad tomatoes. It's gross. The service is terrible, everyone's rude or distracted, service takes way too long. I shouldn't have to wait 8-10 minutes for a cold sub. The only thing remotely up, is the atmosphere. The night shift is genuinely pretty chill and on it. Don't get me started on the way employees get treated.

Some guy was making my sandwich once, and the lady, I can only assume was a manager, was practically leaping down his throat over every little thing. The kid kept getting nervous and then of course: My sandwich was ruined, and I had to wait for another. I'm telling them it's fine, the manager is getting an attitude with me.

Just got to Battleground.

A complete waste of $10. Would have rather paid $15 for quality red meat. I almost threw that crap away.

The customer service tonight was TERRIBLE I was the first person there with an online order paid in advance and was told to be patient while waiting on one more sub out of the 3 total subs purchased. After waiting 20 minutes they proceeded to assist and serve other clients and never acknowledged me. I tried to be patient as they continued to assist others and they finally asked me if I was waiting for something since there were no other clients being served. My food was sitting behind the counter (hot food) the whole time....... There was no greeting as I walked in initially and there were two other people who also did online orders and they were white and were assisted immediately, on top of assisting other clients who walked into place an order. The attitudes suck specifically the girl working tonight who was very unprofessional! The guy was helpful but the girl seemed as if she wasn’t happy about working for the company.. i love the food but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Jersey Mikes! Having to wait 30 minutes for a preorder made on the app is inconvenient and not being attentive to your customers in the store should be unacceptable.

I ordered a tuna sub. For whatever reason, they mix it with black pepper. I discovered this when I got back to work. It was too much. I couldn't eat it. I called and was told you know it's too bad. There is no offer of a refund or to replace it. I was disappointed. I wasn't made aware that it was mixed with black pepper. I would have never ordered it.I was also told that corporate made this decision. Perhaps they should rethink this. Some people have severe food allergies. I will eat there again, no tuna.

Loved everything there, the workers were very nice and friendly as well.

Expensive, personal friendly, found bread hard.

This is a great location. It's usually busy during lunch and is still fast. This store is clearly well managed.

Twice in the past month, my chips have been left out of my order when using a food delivery service. Today the wrong chips were included, and the sandwich was made all wrong. The bread was falling apart. Didn’t have time to go out for lunch so I ordered in. Yet had to spend time going to the store to discuss. The store did refund me the money for the food so of course I’m out a few dollars to the delivery service. Will never go to Georgia Street Jersey Mike’s again - I will drive a few miles past it to go to a different one. The food quality, and dependability on receiving the correct food is not there.
