This place spot is the best! I have been to other locations; however, this one is my go-to place. Mainly because the staff is ALWAYS friendly and puts a smile on my face. Now, let's talk about food prep, every time on point because every knows ready to eat foods can't be handled with bare hands, thank you staff. I even noticed the hot food prep staff came up to assist and changed his gloves. Please note you should always change gloves after changing tasks, kudos staff....
The food at any Jersey Mikes is very good. The problem I continue to encounter at this location is the lunchtime ‘online orders’. Those of us waiting in line are pushed aside so they can fulfill the never ending stack of online orders which causes a long line and a now rushed lunch break. I’m sure there is a market for this but they are not set up to handle it without turning my visit into an hour long ordeal.
I had the BEST experience today at this jersey mikes. Teia and Knowledge were so kind, patient and knowledgeable of the menu and all of the ingredients! Aside from that, their customer service was superior! Teia should be manager if there is an opportunity for it! Or at least give her a raise! Because again, they were both so kind, friendly and I’m so impressed w their superior customer service and hospitality skills! Bravo to the person that hired them!
