Jersey Mike's Subs

This restaurant needs people in here who truly listens to the customers and prepare the correctly. I got 2 giant subs, steak and cheese. I asked for extra onions grilled and raw, the manager or whomever it was preparing it said onions already come on it. I said I know but I want extra. Still no extra onions, only the sautéed ones. On the other sub which was ham it was ashame how the little young guy was fixing the sub cause he was acting lost/clueless. Again hardly any meat was on the sub. He didn't know how to cut the sub either. Pay attention to who owns these restaurants because they like to save and jack up prices!! We the customers are keeping them in business, they really need us to stay in business.

Absolutely The worst Philly cheese steak I have ever had.paid for the giant.but the meat was for a small.bread was not fresh.will never return.battleground jersey Mike’s is the worst ever

Just purchased a giant Philly cheese steak. So Disappointed? Hardly any meat. Bread not soft and poor service. Will not ever return?

The dark hair male employee that was wearing a skull mask just doesn't care, rude, no receipt was offered, acted like he could barely speak, didn't even look up at me. The other employees were friendly. The food was good.

I just moved here from Jacksonville, Florida about seven weeks ago. It’s a really stormy day. I’ve been sick for several days now. I’m finally got my appetite back and I ordered an Italian sub salt vinegar chips. I asked him to make it neat oil and vinegar on the side, pickles and onions and my whole package was so neat and so nice. My sandwich is so fresh. Pepsi is so cold. I am so thankful for the crew and the people that put this meal together for me. Thank you very much. You guys did very very very good job thank you.

It’s like Jersey mikes tries to screw up an order. Ordered 2 #8’s one add salami. While ordering it was like asking the girl behind the counter to give me a kidney. Absolutely acted as it was a big deal just to do anything. Drove 45 minutes home and both subs wrong. It’s really can’t be hard people, if you can’t listen to the customers request and do a simple task, find another job where it isn’t hard to do what you get paid to do! Subway starting to sound like a better option even if eating cardboard was the only option. At least they listen!

I mostly get door dash but on occasion I have been known to call in an order and my roommate will stop and pick it up on her way home... The food is always very fresh, affordable and very tasty... I will continue to be a satisfied customer.

Wheelchair accessibility: Their sidewalk is accessible as a is the front door plus there is plenty of space to use a wheelchair or Scooter.

The staff member came behind the counter grabbed a rag from under the counter and wiped up excess food, grabbed some gloves without washing her hands, put my bread on the wet spot she wiped,asking if i want lettuce, grabbed a ton of lettuce in which i let her know it was too much. She took the lettuce off my sandwich and also lettuce that fell onto the counter and put it back into the lettuce container, The lettuce already didn’t look fresh. When i asked if that was normal practice her and the other staff member said yes. I told them i no longer wanted the sandwich and left. Staff members in date 6/9/2024

Purchased a sub for lunch, when I asked for a bag to carry my sub home, I was told they were out of bags, only after I asked for one. I found that to be information that should be told before purchasing items to go

Please be mindful that I am a true costumer of Jersey Mike. But I purchased a #13 sub on May 13. The sandwich was perfectly prepared. No issues with that. But when it was time to cut my sandwich, the young lady who also was the cashier and the sandwich cutter proceeded to cut my sandwich without changing her gloves, which by the way is unsanitary and cross contamination. Which I did bring to her attention. Staffers should be better trained and informed when it comes to these issues.

Great place to have a sub. Loved the bread. Loved the service.
