Tonight is the first time I've had a bad experience at the Pisgah Church location. I was rushed and I told the young lady I wanted my sandwich Mike's Way which means No Mayo, she cuts my sandwich with a knife that had Mayo on it. I could see the Mayo leaving the knife and going into my sandwich. I'm very disappointed with this location!! Your new staff is very rude.

out of all the sub sandwich restaurants I’ve tried, jersey mikes is at the bottom of my list. They have a very limited selection of toppings. The sandwich bread was stale. The toppings they do have, taste like they are very low quality.
I will say, I only tried this place because I was given a gift card, and I still wish I had just went to jimmy John’s and paid full price for a sandwich there instead.
I’m giving 2 stars because the service was good, and the restaurant was nice and clean.

This location does a bang up job! Customer Service is on point and I’ve been in NC for almost 4 years and I am a Jersey girl. Although we have better sandwiches than Jersey Mike’s back home …. I have truly enjoyed my last three sandwiches from this establishment. Today I had the cheesesteak and it was excellent the bread was so fresh. Thus far, it’s the best sandwich I’ve had in NC & it will be my go to! Pisgah keep up the good work!!!

honestly, I wanna think Jersey's Mike for actually fixing my order because my order was incorrect the first time and when I got my replacement order, they upgraded my sandwich gave me extra chips extra drinks. I didn't need it, but I do appreciate it that meant a lot.
As a frequent visitor due to working closely to this location, I can say the service was excellent and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. Carla and Ikram were both very helpful and made sure my order was prepared exactly to my liking. I will definitely be returning

Jersey Mikes is our FAVORITE sub shop stop!! My ONLY complaint is that the lettuce is normally SUPER WET and it makes the bread too soggy by the time we make it home, however that’s just MY complaint /wishlist improvement LOL!! I usually can avoid the soggy bread by just asking for light lettuce !! #WeLoveOurMikes #pisgahlocation

This is the BEST Jersey Mikes with the best staff and management! They’re always so friendly! The food is always on point! They just make you feel comfortable!! That’s important to someone like me who has anxiety, so it makes me nervous sometimes to go in an establishment by myself but, I know they will always be welcoming, patient and friendly!
