Jersey Mike's Subs

Last minute order before they closed and everything was great. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for and in my opinion it's worth the extra $5 per person over other sub shops. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Deserts can be skipped, they are tasty, but far to small for the price. Subs are worth the price though. 10/10 would recommend.

Location bc there bread is fresh and meat is better and the pickles are so crunchy and delicious😋. This is why I come here .and my dad love to eat the subs here too but he in heaven rip dad. But good food and thanks.

I just watched a hugely disappointing fail by Jersey Mike’s. An older couple came in, ordered number 64 and 17. It took more than 20 minutes for those two sandwiches to be made for them. They were not cut in half, they were never apologize to, they were never offered a discount for such terrible service. Clearly they were new to Jersey Mike’s, they will probably not come back. Poorly done by the team.

Scheduled pick up for 3pm. They did not start making the sandwiche until I arrived. I never have this problem with the New Garden or Oak Ridge stores. Never going back to the Battleground Oaks Store!

Don’t think they read the notes on the mobile orders. I prefer the other Jersey Mikes further on battleground but this one is closer. Think ima just drive further to go the other one.

Have never been to a Jersey Mike before, came in as it was the only place open on Halloween night. Wanted to pick up dinner for my father who had been working for more than 14 hours that day. He had been undergoing a lot of dental procedures and he could only eat tender food, preferably avoiding meat.

I explained my situation to the worker there, she was extremely kind and attentive to hear me out. She gave her recommendations on which sandwich I should order and we went with that. Service and quality were top notch. I am so thankful for the worker who helped me pick the ideal sandwich for my father. He loved it and we will come back for more.

It is rare that we encounter such compassion from strangers, and we must acknowledge it when we do. Thank you.

Online ordered not ready - 15 minutes past pick up time - 6 people who just walked in got their food before me - serious retraining needed for online orders 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Love Jersey Mike’s, but you should never prioritize online orders over the customers right in front of you. Hope you figure it out. When you see customers in line, just walk out, you know you have a problem.

I ordered the veggie sandwich with NO ONIONS. They didn’t give me lettuce, tomatoes, red vinegar and olive oil. Just cheese, pickles and extra onions.I walked in and there was about 5 people working and only 2 customers. How sad that they couldn’t do a simple sandwich, this isn’t even the first time they’ve messed a SIMPLE order up.
