I came to the store on yesterday and it was short staffed but those two ladies held it down on their own even though it was busy we were all pleased

Kids working , talking and even places a receipt on another customer’s sandwich.

We were very clear and concise with our order and I would like to say the employee wrote everything down correctly; however, our subs weren't made correctly. With my particular sub, I didn't want onions or jalapenos and only wanted oil (NO vinegar), but I received all 3. I should've checked before we left but we made it all the way home. The staff isn't unfriendly but very to the point. I like a lil personality, but that's a personal preference and did not affect my review. I will definitely be back because beyond the errors, the food was quality!

Was turned away rudely because I came in at 8:27pm. She said she closes her grill at 8:30pm which means no hot food after 8:30

Waited almost 20 minutes for a sub to be put on the wrong bread. This is completely unacceptable and no apology for the long inconvenience of waiting. This was definitely a disappointment and will never ever return here again!

On February 20 they closed the store at 4:00 pm claiming adverse weather. There was no adverse weather in the vicinity ... whatsoever. All other businesses in the Mall were open as usual. And J. Mikes needlessly, senselessly, inconvenienced many customers who drove to their site.

Best believe me, the food/subs here are on point. Customer Service is excellent as well. I come here often and the workers are nice/courteous/friendly. Restaurant in and out is always clean..

We have been going to this Jersey Mike's location since they opened. Our sandwiches have been fine, as ordered till last week and today. Last time the Big Kahuna had 1/2 the meat on it and was thrown together. Tonight, my son ordered a Big Kahuna, light on the mayo. There was so much mayo on there you could hardly see the tomatoes and meat. It was like it was stopped on everything and the meat was sparse again. He is taking it back. I give a place 2 or 3 chances if I get an iffy meal. But, something has happened at thus location and I'm not willing to keep having to take food back and wait for my dinner. These 2 sandwiches were worse than iffy. As a woman, I hate to say this but both of those sandwiches were made by a woman. They were awful and if you are cutting back on the meat, I am done coming here.
