I ordered a personal pan and some wings at 7:30. It is now 9:24 PM and I still have yet to receive my food… absolutely ridiculous!

I called 5x times and they answered the phone then hung up immediately without saying anything. Started calling at 9:30pm with a 10pm closing time listed. Seems like bad management if employees are able to just hang up on customers...

Placed an online order and swapped one ingredient due to allergies . Went to pick it up confirmed the change was made and brought home to find we can’t eat it . On the phone was told to come get a new one or get credit . Had to ask if they can deliver the least they can do . After back and forth between the employee and his manger they agreed and said the wait will be 40 minutes. Pizza eventually arrived but they forgot to add extra add ons . I guess I deserve that for not checking in the store . Will not be going here again
While I do enjoy this pizza. How the hell do you run out of dough? Then call and say you did, but would complete and send the rest of the order. To only cancel the whole order and not tell the customer that this was happening until the customer had to call back in to be told what was happening. I totally get the situation but you have to make sure the customer understands and is properly communicated. Do better. If I order again and it's better will change the review.

MESSED UP MY PIZZA 2X IN A WEEK FOR PICK UP AND TRIED TO HIDE IT THE FIRST TIME! DIDNT EVEN MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was thrilled to see Jets pizza offer a gluten free pizza that was the standard thin crust that others use so I decided to check it out. Like most pizza places it's a small pizza for the price of a regular pizza, but being gluten intolerant I know that it simply costs more to prepare gluten free dishes. I ordered online and when I arrived 20 mins later it was ready. The guy at the counter was friendly and even offered to remake my pizza because it didn't have enough cheese on part of it. In the current climate attitudes and services are often not as they should be, however, I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The gluten free crust was nice, thick, fluffy, and tasty. I would say more cheese would be the only thing that makes it even better! Thanks Jets pizza for finally making a worthwhile Gluten Free Pizza. ( No I was not paid for the review!).

Placed an online deliver order, called to check on it when it was late (an hour later) and was told it was 15 minutes away. (In reality they had missed it and not even started). Called back again in 15 minutes and was told it was already out for delivery but would be another 30 minutes. Ultimately they couldn't deliver the pizza to us 2 hours after the order was placed. This placed has been so consistently unorganized and poorly managed that we just can't order here anymore.

I ordered just a pepperoni pizza with turbo crust the 4 corner pizza on 06/03/2024 and got extremely bad food poisoning and I still have it. Second time this has happened. Will not be going back

This past Saturday, we had a negative experience that the manager went above and beyond to fix. I believe the gentleman’s name was Perry but I’m not 100% sure.We ordered pizza, it ran late, we called to check, and later called back to cancel the order. Perry (?) apologized, explained the mistake, and offered to bring us the new pizza at no charge. He drove it to us personally and threw in dessert - he even refused tip I offered! Who raised this guy?!That is some rare, impressive, above-and-beyond handling of an issue. He totally turned around our customer experience just by paying attention and doing a little extra.
