This past Saturday, we had a negative experience that the manager went above and beyond to fix. I believe the gentleman’s name was Perry but I’m not 100% sure.We ordered pizza, it ran late, we called to check, and later called back to cancel the order. Perry (?) apologized, explained the mistake, and offered to bring us the new pizza at no charge. He drove it to us personally and threw in dessert - he even refused tip I offered! Who raised this guy?!That is some rare, impressive, above-and-beyond handling of an issue. He totally turned around our customer experience just by paying attention and doing a little extra. Order placed online for pickup but wasn't started when I came to pick up. It was lost in the system. They jumped on it but didn't put dip for cheese stick orders in or give my 2 liter. So went back in again and that was fixed. Then when we ate the pizza and cheese sticks, the taste was not good at all. I've had it before and it was good. This time the bread on everything tasted odd and was chewy

We waited for over two hours for our delivery. Pizza cold! Cinnamon bread cold and hard as a rock! While wait for the delivery, we called to check on the order and were LIED to (be there in a couple of minutes.) when the order hadn’t actually left the building!!!! Two+ hours!!! Never again!

They have really good pizza when it is hot and fresh... unfortunately, not as great when it is 20 minutes late and cold enough to know it spent that 20 minutes extra just riding around in a car... then you have to heat it up in the oven... then it's overdone... and I'm out $40 buck on one pizza.

I got the double pepperoni with thick crust. It was very tasty and is mom's favorite pizza. Mom is 80+, and I'm happy she has an appetite for Jet's! Folks working there are very nice and helpful too. There is no place to eat inside. Table & chairs are available outside.
