My orders are never correct. I am tired of paying for bacon 🥓 and never receiving bacon. The food is good but the attention to detail (Example: like reading the additional comments for the customization of the sub, ie; Toasted and with Bacon and onions). I don’t think I will be ordering again anytime soon. I may have to order Jersey Mikes of something else. Not happy at all. Please take your time and pay attention to peoples orders.

I have visited this location on three separate occasions, and I must admit that I have not been particularly impressed with the service I have received. The employees who bring out the food do not seem very friendly or welcoming. On my most recent visit, a female employee brought my food out while she was eating something which I found to be quite unprofessional. The food is always yummy, though.

I came here 9/26/24 at 11 am on the dot. I ordered a number 12 with some modifications. The food was fine. But the service is greatly lacking. For context i know exactly how this restaurant works and how the staff is to present themselves take orders etc because i used to be a PCM at another location. The staff here were all giving me dagger eyes unlike anywhere i have ever been. And with each modification i could tell i was being a bother, as shown by throwing the mayo scoop into the bin and actually huffing with each modification. It wouldn’t kill these workers to smile and take pride in what they are doing. If i acted like they did when i worked for JJ i would’ve had several conversations with management. This location and its staff can do better. Regional manager needs to take notice.

Ordered through third party delivery and they called saying they didn’t have a driver (even tho it’s third party??) and we had to cancel our order ourselves they couldn’t do it for us.

I have always loved JJ and normally I buy my sandwich here during lunch. Yesterday I decided to get one in the evening and the bread was rock hard. No way the person making the sandwich didn’t realize this and served it anyway. It’ll take me a while to get over the memory of this one. If you go, make sure it’s early.

My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! Hang in their this world no longer knows how to be decent.

Even though the first delivery was wrong. I called the store and whoever answered the phone by my surprise said he had massed up and said he would make it right. Thise store has always been awesome and I will keep going there.
