My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! Hang in their this world no longer knows how to be decent.

The service from the young lady, I'm assuming may have been a manager or co-manager, was outstanding. She made sure that we had everything that we needed she brought it to our table and was just very very personable. And I have to say I've been eating at Jimmy John's for a long time that was the best tasting bread I have ever had at one of the restaurants. It was fresh it had a beautiful beautiful flavor to it. Definitely a great dining experience that night. Thank you guys for doing a stellar job!!Parking: Some of the spots look like it might be a little tricky to get in and out of but it was late in the evening and there wasn't a whole lot of traffic.

Did not follow one instruction. Ordered online and got home after a 3 hr car ride to a sandwich with meat, lettuce and a ridiculous amount of mayo. Everybpdy doesnt like tons of nasty mayo on EVERYTHING. Third time this has happened. Never going back there. Idiots!

Do not try to get DoorDash after 7 pm. They will process your order and say they are processing a refund but you will never see it. Jayden and Rachael are horrible managers. Currently waiting for cooperate to provide refund.
