I was HONGRA !,,,but I Wanted Something Tasty...JJ 's Was Da Place !.... KICKIN CHICKIN , I don't like Hot Peppers, Picked Them Off, but Sandwich And Chips and I Normally Do Drink Cokes, but Today... It Was Da REAL Thang...ate in CAR, and Now I am Sleepy... plus I Woke Up Early .

Really wish I could have gotten some food delivered but ur website didn’t wanna take my money. Used three different cards same error code popped up saying my address wasn’t correct .I checked all three cards and nothing was wrong with the addresses. Whatever ig I’ll just get jersey mikes or somethin 🤷🏻‍♀️ Edit:even the link they send you for “help” isn’t even a real link and goes to nothing what a joke of a company!!!!

I literally always come to this Jimmy John’s cause they are so pleasant. Today was even better not cause anything spectacular happen but because they were putting the customer first which left and amazing impression on me to where I had to ask for their name. So Chandler and Michelle thank you two for today. What a mood boost! ❤️

This is the first time in a long time that a “fast food” establishment has wowed me. I have stopped going anywhere “fast” because the customer service has been atrocious, HOWEVER, at this location, I finally was met with a positive experience/attitude. So many food service establishments are lacking in this area (ie, Chipotle, Mcallisters, and all fast food) Thank you Jimmy John’s on Friendly for fast and FRIENDLY service.

I talked to an extremely rude and unprofessional general manager named Allen at this location. I advised him we have been coming to this location for years and we order online all the time and I was not satisfied with our subs because it didn’t taste right that day. He Never once apologized. He said, so what would you like for me to do? I said I’m not looking for a refund because we come there all the time for many years so he said I can put a credit on the account. I asked how much and he said $10. I said the $10 does not cover two sandwiches. he said well that’s plenty of money for you to put it towards your sandwiches next time.I said that does not cover and he said well I can’t just replace subs just because you didn’t enjoy. I said you have to be able to do something about this and I better not get sick. He said let me look at your account you have a 0.32 cents or whatever on your account I don’t know where that’s from then he looked at it he was like oh you had another replacement. This is definitely not your first time calling to complain. I said no this is my second time within all of these years ever complaining and you guys messed up the order last time. I said, do you want me to contact the corporate? He said if you wish to.He said let me call you back. I’m busy and I cannot be on the phone all day. I asked what time and he said I don’t know. He never contacted me back so I contacted corporate office and they said the owner was going to call me but I never received a single phone call. I contacted Violet a manager which she seemed very nice. I told her I’m just honestly baffled how this man can hold this position and talk to any customer in the matter that he did. He’s extremely sarcastic and unprofessional. He has an absolute no care at all. I have been a loyal customer since probably 2006 or so and this is the only location I love because it’s right up the street but if this does not get resolved I will boycott this location or or Jimmy John’s for that matter. She promised me she would have the regional manager contact me and she would follow up with me. I have called this location about 10 times to follow up with Violet but she seems to be never there and she has never returned my phone call. NOBODY at this location cares at all. I will NEVER step foot at this location and have pretty much boycotted Jimmy John’s. There is absolutely no level of care or customer service. Horrible rude management and careless owner who doesn’t care AT ALL.

This is the second time this has happened. I ordered for their "freaky fast" delivery at 6:36, just in time for dinner by 7. At 7:12, I called and they said it was going out the door but there were a few deliveries ahead of it. Since we're just a couple miles from the store, how long could that be. Had to call again at 7:47 and was told it would be another 20 minutes.
