This is the second time this has happened. I ordered for their "freaky fast" delivery at 6:36, just in time for dinner by 7. At 7:12, I called and they said it was going out the door but there were a few deliveries ahead of it. Since we're just a couple miles from the store, how long could that be. Had to call again at 7:47 and was told it would be another 20 minutes.

It Was my 1st time eating there and im really debating on ever going back I ordered a BBQ Rap and for nearly $11 just for the Rap itself. I was not impressed you didn't even taste the BBQ Till you got to the very end of the Rap and I just feel like for all the money you pay it could have been way better .

When you order a sub you would hope that you get more than one thin slice of Turkey on the whole sub!! One slice of meat and one slice of cheese. Really????!!!!!!!

Screw up a sandwich and want us to use our gas to come back to get a new one? They will only do credit or make another sandwich but they bar us to to use our gas which costs a lot to come get it. Manager is awful! What we need is some accountability from these idiots serving food. You want $15 + and hour be flawless! Manager should be fired for his idiocy! Yes it is a man! I dare that manager to reply!

Picked up a couple of sandwiches and over halfway into it found hairs inside my sandwich, called the place obviously upset, as soon as I hang up my co-worker finds hairs inside his sub as well. Called again and they told me they would issue a credit to my phone number. Like I would ever go back. I found a total of 3 long hairs inside my sub and my coworker found 2 it seems to me like this might have been done intentionally.
