Two of my mom’s rings were stolen from her room, one of them was her wedding band. When she spoke to Liz the manager on duty, there was no apology or sense of urgency to resolve the situation until the cops were called. Although it they could track who had been in and out of the room, they refused to question those employees or search for the items in question. The only employee that was helpful and showed any compassion was Fred, the head of security. Those rings weren’t just valuable, they had a lot of sentimental value as well. Shame on the employees of this hotel.
Hotel management refused to allow us to book a room with a king bed for two adults and a one year old. We called directly to book a room and spoke to them, and they told us we could only book a room with two double beds. Don't recommend.
Went to a catered dinner and the food was great. The wait staff was the best. I want to know what coffee they use, it was so good.
Convention center connected with hotel.

The only negative thing I can think of - the chair in the room is uncomfortable. If you want to sit and watch tv or relax in your room, the chairs are hard and no place to put your feet up.
Great hotel and convention center. Insufficient parking places for handicap.

This is a huge hotel, and at capacity, when an event is going on, you have to park your car in the next township and walk back to this place. On one of the check out days, only one of the 5 elevators was working, and some had to walk down from the upper floors to check out. However, the room service was daily with making the bed and towel replacement.
This is an amazing and spacious venue.
First time staying overnight. Beds were comfortable and really nice rooms. Lots of space. AC worked good. Mini fridge was cold. If I had any complaints it would be rain shower had very low water flow and the ice machine on my floor and the floor below mine were not working.
We attend student conferences. Facilities are always great.
