Suggestion for improvement: allow three lines for picking up food, 1 for clients who have already paid and have a receipt to show, 1 for clients who have made purchase order but have not paid, and finally,1 for customers who are currently placing an order and paying immediately. This could expedite the process and keep your customers happy, instead of opening 1 line and making all enter this line

It was hot and smelled, bathrooms need a really good clean and update. Lady's serving food were great. This is our second time eating there last time, I don't remember it being hot and smelly. Overall decent price for everything they offered .

The food is just not what I remember. I got baked spaghetti and it was good (just lacking some flavor). I also got the cheesy ranch potatoes and i couldn't even eat them. The potatoes tasted old or cooked for way too long. I will go back to try again before I make my final decision.

I would definitely NOT recommend this place. Dirty, smelly, lousy food. Someone serving spoke no English, waiting for instructions from someone who understood this language. In our country!

Lately hey have fell off. I use to love k&w’s chicken fingers in particular - they were always light crispy and airy. Last year I door dashed the chicken fingers and they were oddly 3x their normal size. I said never again. I tried them again recently and it seems that the chicken fingers at all locations have changed its batter, size and shapes. Very disappointing. I’ve been to 2 locations within the last week and tbw food was cold and unappetizing at both locations. Very disappointing as this use to be my favorite soul food like cafeteria spot since I was a child. In other news, the Caribbean sounding cashier at the front of entrance was a bliss. The highlight of our night! Very nice, sweet and classy lady!
