The food has changed a lot I am thinking due recent sale of company. It was not for the better. Also was not as clean as normally is with several tables left dirty for duration I was here. Also they are getting rid of the special they previously had which was the whole reason I came here in the first place.

My son loves K & W.The staff are fantastic.It's a friendly spot, and you tend to run into people ( as far as Charlotte, Raleigh, and Winston Salem).Kid-friendliness: Yes. They are kind to children
