They do less of a show at lunch time but it's cheaper so 🤷‍♂️

Great lunch service, with as much entertainment as a typical dinner Hibachi show. Delicious too!

Update 6-17 I also had sushi and tasted the food, of course, but again, my stomach ached all that night and the next day!! We will not return!! And we noticed the grill top was not cleaned initially (which we thought no way the grill is this nasty) and was absolutely sure once the cook finished cooking and cleaned the grill, it didnt look anything like the nastiness we sat down to. No apology/explanation needed. We won't return. Too much money to be eating in a nasty environment. Thank you

I will say I used to love this place but after my visit Friday night I will not return. 1st, they sat us at a table that was not clean at all, which was gross. 2nd, the cook came out, poured some water over it, wiped it with a dirty rag, and continued to begin cooking 3rd the cart the cook rolled out the food was all the way near the floor, uncovered, which was filthy.. All I can say is my stomach ached all night and the next day. They need to understand the importance of handling food properly and cleaning the cooking area properly. I had chicken and salmon. He cooked fast because he said he was tired and ready to go home. My chicken finished cooking before anything on the grill!! Bad experience for an extra $19.00 service charge for only 2 people. I did not tip more, and I didn't eat the food and still ended up feeling terrible afterward. Get it together, Kabutos!!

My family and I visited tonight for dinner for the first time and were pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and atmosphere was politely positive and entertaining! Service was top notch. We loved our experience and will return!

If you love the Asian culture and cruisine as well as I do, then Kabuto will satisfy you. The atmosphere is clean, The food is prepared by an entertaining chef. I ordered the Samurai, and it was prepared with excellence. I will return

We like to come here on a whim and grab bar seats. The food is just as good, you just don’t have to wait for a table on the hibachi side. Our server, Thida, was excellent. Although he was busy, he was attentive and kind.

Sadly I can’t put 0 stars, this was the Worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Disrespectful service and management. Me as a customer service person I will do my best to help the people that needs to be serve

1. My boyfriend asked if we had the time to have food at the place cause they were one hour to close (graduation day, all restaurants full and delays on the street) they said yes for how long?and he said that we were on the way over there from the coliseum. He waited 20 minutes to be seated while we arrived. Asked for a beer that never received if we weren’t there.

2. My sister and family got there and they didn’t had the plates on the table, the busboy threw the plates in front of them while I was parking and when I get in I saw the waitress talking really rude with my family cause I wasn’t inside and she wasn’t going to take any orders till all the family arrived even than my sister already new what I wanted to order and she offered to order for me and they said NO. I sit and she said what do you want to drink and left. Arriving more than 10 minutes later with the drinks and mine didn’t have ice enough for a hot sweet tea I asked for, she refilled at the end of all the service still with no ice.

3. My boyfriend told me that the manager was kicking him out cause we weren’t there, but we told him we were kinda late.

4. The waitress was working so bad that she didn’t even do the right order. They had to trash a red snapper cause we just ordered one and she put to. When she saw me sitting she said what do you want to eat and looking at her watch to make me hurry up really disgusting way to do customer service.

5. At the end of everything I asked to talk to the manager cause it was a really bad experience for all of us that went there to have a good family moment celebrating my nephew’s graduation. He was rude, disrespectful, mean and didn’t listened at all, pointing my boyfriend saying that the poor service was because of him cause he “lied” about us arriving there. He told me that they were about to kick him out cause they weren’t going to waste the waitress time and the restaurant time and table in one customer. Of course everyone is going to get mad at that. It was easier to say no from the beginning. At the end he told me.”that’s how we work and if you don’t like don’t come anymore in here and that’s it”

It is really easy to point fingers at us when we told them right from the beginning the time of arrival. Instead of acknowledging and assuming their errors. We are the paying customer service. Nothing’s free, so we cannot accept this type of treatment, because in response to what he said, if that is the way to treat costumers, may as well shut the place down. Def not worth the time and money.

I was very disappointed in the chef we had last night!! He was a total smartass and made rude comments, I don't know if that was his act or what but maybe he needs to be working at dicks last resort! Very unprofessional and we did complain about him and the manager just blew it off like that's just how he is maybe management needs to be replaced also total unacceptable

My daughter and I went for dinner as tough. We were also charged an upcharge they called a service fee because our reservation was at 8pm. Apparently anything 8 or after gets an upcharge of five dollars and change for nothing. we were not told. He said it was on the menu which we didn't get because we had to scan a QR code for the menu. He said it looked like I didn't have a lot left but the chef we had threw everything in the middle of the plate on top of each other. Yes. I had sweet banana on my shrimp. Long story, sorry. My daughter told him we had been coming for years but wouldn't be back. He just shrugged his shoulders. Guess that meant he didn't care. waitress was great but the rest of the experience was just really bad and my meal was $39 without the tip. I drank water!

The food was spilled on the table and was told that it was a birthday celebration but they didn't acknowledge the birthday person.

Everything was delicious and our chef very talented. The only things that took away from the experience as a upscale restaurant was no menu offered, had to look it up online and the meal seemed rushed , we were given to go boxes within a few minutes of the chef leaving making you feel like you had to hurry and finish so another group could come in. Also, they added a service charge to parties of 4 or more regardless of how the check was 2 people then 2 more people Separate checks just friends eating together and they both got a service fee. We will be back because the food is great. I just hate that they reduced the special feeling of the place by doing these things.
