I went here in 11/20/25. I ordered 3 tenders a wedges. I had to wait 5 minutes for wedges only to realize the tenders were hard and old tasting! I had to throw them away! That’s my last visit there 🤬🤮

Saw employee eating chicken over a trash can, employee spoke on a customer. Didn't notice the customer was right in front of them. Forgot about another customer's order of a bucket of chicken and give it away to another customer.

So we got a door dash from kfc and called because there was no option for green beans on the app. The woman at the store told me to order something else as a side and just call to let her know what we wanted. No big deal. Except when we called RIGHT back 5 times no one would answer so we got a $6.00 side we didn’t want with no green beans. And our meal on door dash for an 8 piece and pot pie was $85.00 and didn’t include what we were hoping for. Terrible experience. Update. Finally got in touch with them when our food arrived. Pretty much told us it wasn’t their fault and we should call door dash instead. Also slacked us 2 biscuits on our 8 pc. Screw this place.

I came threw the drive thru ordered two breast meal the cashier took my order pulled up to the window and paid for the two breast as soon as the payment was made they said that they only have thighs and legs no breasts they knew they had no breasts from the beginning then asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds

Friday October 10 at 7:14 I just came in n to pick up an order. And the employees in the drive through area are talking so loud and cussing. This is shameful to have them working on the public.

Went through drive thru on my 30 minute lunch break. I ordered 12 piece hot wings with large potatoe wedges and 6 piece hot wing meal with a tea. They pulled me over saying they had to cook more wings. All wings were cold it is very frustrating to rush on my 30 minute break to get pulled and receive cold wings. So my husband and I walked in at around 8:30 pm today (8/14) they were not all that busy but after we decided what we wanted we stepped up to the counter, got looks from at least 2 different employees but they said nothing, the first one was actually standing behind a register when I walked up to get a closer look at the menu then just looked down at his phone and walked away without saying a word. A third one who was bringing food to the counter for another customer dead on looked at us and just walked away, didn't ask if we needed help or anything. We were there about 10 minutes and after the rudeness we just left. I couldn't say if it was racial or not since we were the only 2 white people in their but I did not like how we were treated.

The MANAGER IS RUDE FOR ZERO REASON. Like if you don't want to be there LEAVE. I Don't care that it's hot etc etc, you're at work representing the owner etc and I'm sure they wouldn't be happy. They should send Ghost customers and I bet a Dollar to a Donut the manager would be more welcoming to all customers. Rude self.
