The incompetent workers visibly signed off on my delivery order per the permanent marker on my receipt on the bag, but didn't actually put all my food inside. They literally gave my vegetarian partner chicken in his food and left out some items that we obviously paid for. How hard could it possibly be to mess up working at KFC?????????????? I can't physically comprehend. And yeah I didn't expect napkins, utensils, straws, sauces and of course we did not receive any of those things. And we all know they really really couldn't even care less.

Food was cool and all but I donât appreciate being rushed in line at the drive thru and then being forced to come inside b/c they want to keep their time down thatâs not my issue as a paying customer . If I wanted to get out in the rain and come inside I wouldâve . I couldâve spent my funds elsewhere where but i decided to come to this establishment. I wonât be back thatâs for sure .

Been eating at the Randleman Rd kfc for over 20 years went in today 8.30.24 and ordered over twenty dollars of food and was going to be charged 2.39 for cup of water walked out. Go figure lose 20 dollars over a 10 cent cup.. Not to smart I know now why no one was in there at lunch time. Want be going back....

I'm there usually once a week. I've signed up for their text messages with a weekly special. I've gotten hooked on KFC. The chicken is really very flavorful and meaty. I like the original recipe. I don't care for lots of crust. It's good, I've had it but I prefer less. I really like the KFC famous bowl, creamed potatoes, gravy, corn, cheese, and chicken nuggets. I like to fish out my nuggets and eat separately with hot sauce. It's very satisfying meal. I love their biscuits. Best flavor and consistency. I get honey to put on my biscuit but once I take a bite a lot of times I don't even bother with the honey. The biscuit is so good I just scarf it down. I love honey but should stop getting it cos it doesn't make it to my biscuit most of the time. The chicken pot pie is absolutely delicious. The crust is perfect. I'd get it for the crust alone. However it does not satisfy my hunger. Not enough filling especially chicken. Either it's changed or I have. I know before the pandemic it filled me up now it doesn't. I think businesses are doing the best they can to have good food at affordable prices so I don't fault them. The pandemic changed and ruined a lot of good stuff. I do still get the pot pie b/c it is so very tasty . So far I've not had any bad food. All very good that I've tried. I most always do drive thru. I've never had to wait. The service has been very friendly and efficient.

What kind of corporation thinks letâs hire employees filled with despair and loathe the customer as if the best way to make sales is to âstare at the customer like youâre confused and disappointed for walking into the store.â I havenât seen anyone look at me like that since I got home at 4am after prom twenty years ago.What kind of chicken restaurant tells their employees âif our customer orders extra crispy chicken make sure itâs extra soggy, itâs what they really wantâFire your GM. You are not qualified to perform this job. Better yet, close the entire franchise down. Your own employees hate working there. Your chicken SUCKS, with all caps.I only visited this restaurant cause $5.37 for a two piece w/side & biscuit seemed like a deal. And all I got was depressingly sad employees who stared at me when I entered the door like âthe hell are you doing here, u dun effed upâ and soggy chicken.
