I put in an online order for lunch break and drove 5 minutes to the restaurant. When I got there, nobody was at the registers, so I stood there and waited about 5 minutes before calling the girl that was on the cooking line. She said my order is on the screen and not ready yet…ok understandable, I’ll give it a few minutes.Those few minutes turned into 20 minutes of waiting. The same girl just chatting away and messing with her phone. So, I got up and asked the elderly lady that was making the sides to check on my order. She said oh jeez it’s been 20 minutes, sorry, and offered me a drink. Soon after my order was handed to me. That is ridiculous, it wasn’t even busy, if I have to wait almost half an hour for an online order, what is even the point of it then.None of them wore gloves while handling the food. They were touching their phones then back to handling food. As sweet as the elderly lady was, she wasn’t wearing gloves either when making and mixing the sides. Definitely will not be ordering food from this location anytime soon.

KFC is outrageously expensive for what you get and the quality does not justify the price and they will actually take you for a idiot and try to sell you the oldest food they can at a premium price and then they'll do that McDonald's thing where they send someone out with a bag of expensive old food after making you sit in the parking lot waiting for it fast food restaurants are far from what they use to be they all seem to follow the same playbook

This place is a joke, need to fire the workers and start new. I have been sitting here for over thirty minutes waiting on my food to come out, guy said he’s bring it to me, I went back in and asked about my food, and he said it would be four minutes, it’s been well over four minutes. No one needs to come here. Didn’t even get my food right either when I did receive my food.

I've ordered food at this location twice in the last 2-3 months since this is the closest KFC on my way home, they screwed up the order both times. Won't be stopping by this location again. I'd rather drive the extra distance to have the order done right. This last time, I paid the extra money to have 4 thighs in the bucket, instead of just the 2. Got home and have 1 thigh, 1 breast and 6 drum sticks. WHY EVEN order and pay for what you want and then not even get it. And unfortunately, hard to dig through the entire bucket to confirm they actually have it correct. DEFINITELY WILL NOT USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!!!

I went in to order my food. I ordered 2 piece meal with wedges. I asked for 2 legs. I get back to job and there is only one leg. I call back and tell them the issue and manager only ask "what do you want me to do" with an attitude and hangs up. I can't leave job so I eat part of food and throw rest away due to anger and loss of appetite. This is the worst place ever! This manager is so mean and rude. She always has a mean attitude. If she doesn't like people and know how to handle her own mistakes she needs to step down....pronto!
