I place my KFC orders online, and both the food and delivery service are EXCELLENT!!! I have no complaints at all. The people who deliver are on time and very polite. I just talked with the manager, Nathan Harrison, and I promised him I'd post a positive review. I will continue to place my orders with this KFC store. Keep up the great work!!!

Ordered chicken pot pies, received them and they were visibly old. I asked for new ones and was told that I could get new ones because they would have to throw the old ones away and it affects inventory. Although that was ridiculous I politely asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund because the rgm said not to and that I would have to take time out of my day the next day to come ask her for one. I then contacted home office and received no compensation or accommodation for the money I spent yet didn’t receive food that my family could eat. Absolutely ridiculous and will never visit this location again

Unreal. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich. Nobody would even acknowledge my existence. Employees running around confused, looking in the same bag over and over as if something different was going to be in there. Stacks of orders piled up and they didn't even seem to understand they were supposed to give the food to the customers. One order they messed up was their only concern. People had to interrupt their conversations and try to get their order. They were not busy by any stretch of the imagination. With all the confusion and food just sitting around in open bags, I wouldn't trust any of the food.

I decided to give KFC a shot after several years, and it just reminded me why I don’t go there chicken is awful service is terrible. No wonder why is empty most of the time and pollo Campero right next to it is kicking their butt, is not only this location, the employees are always with a bad attitude like you owe them something. 👎

My kids have never ate at KFC and I grew up on it in NY. I took them there at 5:15 Saturday and we were the only customers. Ordered 2 $7 fill ups with chicken tenders and I got a 3 piece meal at the suggestion of the young lady at the register. She was incredibly nice and attentive. Now the bad, food took 25 minutes to get to our table and we’re missing food. By this time I was over it and didn’t ask for it to be fixed. I gave my biscuit to the kid. What I noticed was everyone else had things wrong with their food too and they were not busy and had at least 4-5 people working. A manager walking back in the store from the outside even commented on us not having our food yet and it still took 10 more minutes. Worst part was the tenders were not hot when they got to us!

The one girl there has terrible customer service skills. Bad attitude, and she fabricate about what they have available just to keep from fixing your order when they didn't give you exactly what you asked for.

I want through the drive thru, had to wait on my food because I ordered the cherry poppers and they get cooked when ordered, I order no may on my sandwich, not only was there mayo on my sandwich, I did not get my cherry poppers, when I called about the missing poppers, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. The chicken sandwich is rubbery . I do not recommend this location.

These people are clearly double charging people by saying their card didn't run the first. When u ask to speak to the manner, they all say they are the manager and you have to dispute the charge with your bank. They know what they're doing. Never again.

Worse service by kristie, She over charged my card adding donations I wasn’t aware,kristie never ask if I wanted to make a donation she just charge my card. And didn’t wanted to refund it. She just walk way from the front me!!!!
