Worse customer service ever, by kristie I received my chicken raw,and I ask kristie to please change the chicken she was very rude… I ask her to cancel my order but didn’t receive a refund on my card. I when back and ask why she had charge me $3 donations if she never ask me if I wanted to make a donation. She just turn around and ignore me… I also saw her handing the $3 to a coworker.

I don’t agree at all with locking bathrooms, with a code, nobody can get in them if an employee doesn’t go and enter a code, not even entirely sure that’s legal, or even KFC allowed, and more than anything it is a broke mentality. Usually when a person comes in to a restaurant they want to wash their hands before they order, maybe just me, either way, it definitely put a bad atmosphere to everything. Not to mention I could have been a customer another day, but I certainly will not be back, just because of this wrong mentality. You are in the service industry. Bathroom was warm at least!

Ordered two 3 piece tenders with fries and one three piece bone in combo with Mac and cheese… only walked out with two combos missing the extra biscuit and whole other meal I paid for. Walked back in and was received with an attitude for coming back to ask for what I paid for. Only left with fries and tenders because they didn’t have any more bone in left. 10/10 do not recommend
Second KFC I try and they still can’t get it right. Food was good, customer service is HORRIBLE. Like who’s the manager here ? Every employee I saw had NONE customer service if I didn’t ask the lady that was behind the desk if they received my ONLINE order they would had never checked and printed it out. I can say more but I rather not.

I ordered 5 tenders at the drive-thru and was told to wait in front of the building. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food. When I went inside to check, they asked me what I was waiting for, even though the restaurant was empty. Given the long wait and the fact that the food wasn't even warm when I got it, I can't justify returning. There are plenty of other fast food options nearby that offer much better service.

I only really order the pot pie and these last few times it seems like it's completely inedible. It's going to sound crazy but it's too much chicken, literally no creamy filling or vegetables! I'm disappointed, I'm finally able to eat a decent meal after my mouth surgery and this is not even close to what I was expecting. A refund would be great. But also a pot pie requires a proper ratio of creamy filling, chicken, and crust and this is just a dry pie with a entire UN-shredded chicken breast thrown in the center. Just do better.
