Please work on improving customer service at the drive-thru. If a customer isn’t ordering quickly enough to your liking, it is your responsibility as an employee to be patient, not 'nice nasty.' Aside from the poor customer service at the drive-thru with the older African American lady with the open-faced gold tooth, the food was okay.

you order the food and wait 40 minutes watching the employees preparing no food... weird restaurant, is it even a restaurant or just a zoo where you watch the animals do their thing and then leave with no food? If it's a zoo, 2 star zoo...if it's actually a restaurant, 1 star.

The absolute worse. Ordered food tonight and was advised to pull forward. After waiting 10 minutes, my best friend entered the store and was told they had to wait for the cook to drop chicken. A few minutes later we still had no food and no money. We asked for a refund and was told no one in the store knew how to process a refund. Was also advised to call tomorrow so manager could refund us. Not that they will probably do anything but as soon as we got home, I called corporate who stated they would forward the information to leadership. This store is horrible.

The only thing that I got from KFC was a coleslaw and a large order of french fries mind you their fries are so good when they're nice and hot. I do not order their chicken anymore because it doesn't have any flavor to it not like it was back in the day I don't care for it at all.

I just moved to this side of town a month ago. I've been to this location 3 times. 2 of those times were mobile orders. However, I still had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food. 1 of those times it was ready, they just couldn't be bothered to give it to me through the window. They had me pull up and wait. After a considerable amount of time I walked in. My food was there and cold. My logic was maybe mobile orders aren't priority at all at this location, so another time I went in to place an order. After standing there about 12 minutes with no one taking my order, I left. The only issue at this location is it's workers. They don't care. I vote they fire everybody and get a new crew.

Very disappointed. Came through the drive through to get chicken livers and food for my husband. After waiting for the food to cook. The chicken I ordered was the size of a chicken drumett, I was given the run around about how long it would be to receive what I actually ordered( 3 piece mixed). And on top of that I was given 2 sandwich buns instead of biscuits ??♀️. I was told they were in the oven. At that point I asked for a refund. I was told I would have to wait for the GM to be there to do it in the morning. In conclusion, I see why It’s been years since I’ve been to eat at kfc. Sadly I used to enjoy eating chicken livers and the amazing pot pies and biscuits. However, I will not spend another dime.
