This was KFC's last chance and they failed again. At least they are consistent which means, my wife and I will never go to KFC again. We went thru the drive thru. My wife ordered a 2 piece dark with a side of slaw and a Dr. Pepper. I ordered the pot pie without a side or drink. They told me it was the same price whether I got a drink or not so I got a pepsi. We get to the window and the girl hands me a full drink cups with warm drinks with no ice. I asked for a discount and was told they don't do that and slamed the window closed. They could have said they had no ice for the drinks when we placed our order but no. The pot pie had a fairly large piece of bone in it and the leg was the size of a chicken wing. KFC is definitely off our list of resturants. You are now forewarned.

The KFC on West Market Street in Greensboro is the worst franchise. They asked what drinks we wanted with our meal and then handed us hot, flat drinks.. didn't even say anything about not having ice or a cold drink until we asked for the ice. No apologies, just that their ice is out right now. No explanation why the drink was hot or why there was no fizz. I said I would like a discount and they said they couldn't do that and shut the drive thru door on us. The chicken was also cooked too hard and so salty I couldn't eat the thigh. The leg was OK but really tiny. We have given this location several chances to prove they can do better but we haven't been here a single time without something really stupid or careless happening. No more chances!!!

I just ordered the wings and wedges meal from here and chose the honey bbq option. When they came the wings were spicy wings covered in honey bbq sauce. My lady can’t have spicy food without having stomach problems. She took two bites and realized. She may have to go to the doctors after this. I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t just remake the wings. Not everyone can stomach spicy food.

You do not get what you order when ordering through Uber Eats. Taste like the food is cooked in old grease and you get different food and you do not get the right drink. I'm so disappointed in KFC. I would not recommend this KFC to my worst enemy.

Start cooking the chicken longer. The chicken tenders are two underdone and rubbery.!! Cook it longer!!
The staff were polite, but I think a simple smile 🙂would make the experience even better. I even heard one of them tell an elderly lady to take her time, which was really kind. Just a little more friendliness would go a long way, especially when the place isn’t busy.

Drink machine had black particles in it.. The restaurant was dirty. Hair was in my husband mashed potatoes.. Just throw the entire restaurant away! How is it dirty and you guys just opened for the day.

Ordered online and still took around 30 minutes. When the food arrived, one of the items was missing, and took 20 extra minutes for them to replace it! And they brought that order wrong as well! Plus gave no sauce!

Took my son to eat here this afternoon. He said the food was excellent. The dining area was very clean. The staff was friendly and serviced us with a smile :)
