I bought a 8 piece chicken THATS IT. I waited for almost 30 minutes to get this chicken. When I get home I open my box and get a box of undercooked greasy white meat. The dark meat was cooked thru. They pulled that chicken early to get the line out and they are sacrificing get somebody sick in the process. When I called back up there to speak to a Manager, whoever I talked to abruptly hung the phone up in my face after I asked “ what are y’all trying to kill somebody for the sake of service????” Then when I tried calling back they let the phone ring all night long. So my family ate the dark meat because we hadn’t eaten anything all day. So this morning I’m leaving this review because it’s not right or fair for a company to take hard earned money from people and give them a undercooked product in return then to be treated with such lack of empathy or customer service. This is the last time I visit that KFC let alone any other one. This has really ruined my KFC forever in Greensboro,NC. I’ll take this undercooked chicken and throw it in some grease.

We just stopped by to pick up a chicken sandwich. The food was good, place was pretty clean , & the staff was nice. There was an incident a couple years back when one staff member was extremely rude to me & shorted me an order of fries. I was reimbursed for the fries but I’m not sure whatever happened to that employee.

Resturant advertised to be open until 11:00 pm. We arrived at 10:00 to go through the drive thru and were informed that they only had wings in original and crispy to sell. If they were so busy that they actually sold out of everything except wings, then business is booming and thats great. However, we had the impression that no other selection was available because nothing else was going to be prepared and what they had already cooked was all that they were going to offer. So why stay open late if there is going to be limited food available without advertising as such. Needless to say we politely told the cashier we would go elsewhere. The employee however was also very polite and told us to have a good evening.

This place was not courtesy. They just ran around unsupervised and professional didn’t have half the stuff people was asking for and then I just wanna fling the food out. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to this KFC.

The tables were a little dirty but the greeters were kind! The tea was not too sweet!😊 I was disappointed that there was no honey but the food was good! Nice decorations! Fran deserves major props for how polite she was to a very rude customer!!😊 I really enjoyed this visit!!

Came twice this week ordered the exact same thing first time food was delicious. Second time the chicken could not have been dryer and I got dark meat. I don’t know if it’s overcooked or if it’s just been out too long but it’s literally the driest chicken I’ve ever had from

Chicken don't be fresh nor the French fries. I've lived in the area for 7 yrs and can count on one hand how many times I've purchased my family a meal here. I keep trying because I love KFC. One day, I will stop at this location.

Chicken was good but the breading was overcooked and hard some of it was black the cashier had a bad attitude and was mildly polite the mashed potatoes were nasty and the Mac and cheese was sub par we will probably not eat here anymore until things are changed
