Easter Sunday. I'm picking up for UberEats. I'm not addressed. I saw 4 black girls working in there and none of them addressed me at all. It was a short girl with black sweats, and a brown ponytail. A skinny light skinned girl with a baby fro on the line. There was a girl making gravy with the black saggys and the light brown Dreads and another chick in the back with a weave... No hairnets in sight.. I had to ask about my order, to which she ignored me and spoke through the headset at the light skinned girl. I know because the light skinned girl looked dead at me after whatever she said.. Very insecure behavior. They told me it would be a 15 min wait so I declined the order due to an excessive wait time.Do better. I'll probably just decline any orders I get from here. Because lol they look miserable I can't imagine what the food tastes like. What's funny is I was really about to get me some golden nuggets because I missed them last time around. Nevermind lol I'm good. Probably find hair in it anyway.

Usually, at this location, it is very good in all categories. This particular day must have been a rare occurrence. The chicken was old and over cooked. The drive thru didn't work. And the staff seemed stressed and not really wanting to be there. However, this location is my favorite one. With that said, I will return. But that day, my 8 piece was not worth the almost $40. I spent that day. It might have been worth 8 or 9 dollars.

Cashier Jamazia denied they sell pot pies unless I bought a combo. Other franchises do so, so I was surprised. I then said I would take the drink but got to the window and no drink. She got snippy when I asked for it. Please brush up on customer service.

I haven’t had KFC in many years and today I decided to get the $20 6pc chicken box and it was pretty good. Not really a fan of the Mac&cheese but everything else was really good. I’m definitely adding KFC back into my chicken spot

I made the wrong mistake coming to this location at night in the day time the manager have the food together: teenagers on the phone, eating behind the counters, waiting 20 minutes for chicken came back 35 minutes later and chicken was. Flimsy and pulled early just trash!! I took photos. They need to run me my 45 bucks back!

I ordered an 8 PC bucket with two sides in the drive thru. The cashier took the card and handed me an 8 pc nugget meal.I advised we wanted the 8pc chicken not nugget meal and they charged us the difference or at least we thought.The Manager I assume (different employee) only charged us for the chicken and not the sides. So we didn’t receive the sides because I guess you couldn’t hear at the window either.We asked for a receipt and you would’ve thought we asked her to turn water into wine.You’re charging $30 for chicken with dollar tree attitudes and that’s not going to fly. Also, part of your job is to confirm the order before the customer leaves the speaker box.And to the girl that said “this is why I don’t work fast food”, you definitely need another job where you don’t have to deal with people and possibly a hearing aid so you can hear a bit better.
