I went to this KFC on December 8,2024. The Drive Thru Cashier was very friendly but one of the young ladies filling the orders gave me the wrong pieces of chicken and had the nerve to have an attitude when it was brought to her attention by the Window Cashier. Even though she apologized ,you should have seen the look on her face. We as Customers don't need them ,they need us. Please give Customers the right food items.

Went through drive thru 10:30pm. 1 car in front of me, and the inside is closed. It took almost 10 minutes for me to get my food!! The food was good and fresh but DaMn!!!!!!

I placed an order for 3 boxes of 3 pieces of extra crispy chicken, when I arrived there was no chicken and the person at the place told me that I had to wait 40 minutes. I recommend 1st of all Greensboro KFC. One of my favorite fast food for the fan…Team is very nice, manager is cool and listened to me. Music is always great too!
Server was rude and had a very nasty attitude when I asked for chicken that was well cooked after being served undercooked chicken. I even asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me one until the next day. Will never go back. Worst customer service ever

Literally the worst KFC in Greensboro. No matter what you order or the time you order you will always have to pull forward and wait. Place the order online and show up 10 minutes after it’s supposed to be ready? You’ll still have to wait.

The food is always good at this location. I found out THE HARD WAY that not all KFCs are created equal. A trip to the location in a nearby city that starts with a T left me wishing I had stayed home. But, this location at Gate City Blvd is always good. The chicken always seems fresh, tender, and juicy. I am partial to their fries as well. They have some good deals providing you order online*. For instance, right now (6.14.24) they are offering 40% off a 12 piece family meal. I'll take that deal! There are a bunch of other offers, as well. Just download the app, select your preferred restaurant's location, and complete your order. *Remember...when placing an online order you will have to go inside to pick up your order (at least I did the last time I was picking up). Hey, KFC. Fix this issue! Sometimes some of us have on our pajamas!
I ordered my food online and was prompted that my food would be ready at 9:40 p.m.. I get to the location on gate City boulevard at 9:46 p.m., when I got to the window my food wasn't ready and when I finally did receive my food the sandwich felt cold and the nuggets weren't properly doused in sauce.

We ordered a 10 piece bucket meal, went thru the drive thru and was told to pull around they would bring it out, no problem... waited for about 20 mins and walked in and asked about the order, said it wasn't ready yet, went back out to the car and waited approx 18 more mins, then finally someone brought our order out. No complaints on the taste or freshness of the food. But waiting over 38 mins is just a Lil to long

I got chicken at 817 got home fixed my plate chicken was not cooked I started eating 2 pieces of chicken and it was not good at all.i call back at 8:59 manger terry tells me he just drop chicken I say ok I get there he says u are 2 pieces I said yes I had it on the plate and didn't know he needed it he says it's been a hr I say yes I stay away from around he says he can't give me anything I said give me 6 piece he say no and kept my box of chicken and didn't refund me my money.i will never spend anything on this place again I promise.
