I see now why you have a 2. Rating! I stopped in about to place an order online but before I hit submit I wanted to know if the lady could do 10 sacuced and 10 plain…my mobile order was 41.00 with everything else…the cashier told me to ask the lady who was outside about to come in…I thought ohh no as I just heard her going out the door cursing loudly about the customer in the drive thru (I ignored that bc she wasn’t talking to me and I had my mind set on my order) she comes back in, I said excuse me I’m placing an order for 20 wings can you do 10 with no sauce? She walks behind the wall as if I’m not talking but comes around to keep walking while saying no we don’t mix wings we can’t do that…. I didn’t want anything mixed I just wanted 10 plain LESSSS PRODUCT…why be complicated?? What was it going to hurt to NOT sauce the wings??? I closed out of my order and will go elsewhere. I will never ever return to this location bc if this how management operates here attitude and all I want no parts!

Ordered a leg and thigh combo with potato wedges. I received an entire pie, BBQ wings, and the wrong drink instead. I ordered it through DoorDash which was my first mistake but I work late shift. OMG…… Please stop hiring incompetent people.

Updated for Gate City Blvd. 7-11-25. Customer service is Horrible! Called because my 3rd pc of chicken was bloody, she wanted me to bring it back and when I said I threw it away, she offered to replace the 1 thigh. Since when don't they replace the whole meal? Smh. I have to drive all the way back for 1 pc of chicken.

Dont eat here, i ended up getting staph food poisoning from their chicken and i had a pretty bad night.
Me, My husband and son stopped at this KFC since we had to travel to greensboro for errands.(we live 1 hour away) Our food came out and the fries were burnt to a crisp (you can tell the grease isint clean in the fryers from the way the fries smelled and how burnt they were. The chicken we got was soggy. After taking a bite I had to spit it back out. I approached the cashier and asked if we could get a new fry. Initially , someone who seemed to be a supervisor told me the fries have been coming out burnt and distasteful for the past 3 days (this confirmed the oil isint clean in the fryers and has needed to be changed for a few days atleast. I was on my last straw so I asked for a refund -I was told the refund manager was not available. I was given 2 more pieces of chicken after I returned the meal we initially got because I had no other choice. I am highly experienced in the restaurant field and the service sucked today along with the quality of food! We have to set standards higher and adhere to them. You are serving the public not your family.

I spent $40 to buy my son and one of my friends a meal and I finished my meal went to the car to get my personal cup to get some water and they refuse to let me get water even though I'm a paying customer.
