Kickback Jack's Greensboro - Battleground

I had to return before I left, and I must say that this is a spot I would definitely return to whenever I'm in Greensboro. I got the same meal that I had ordered the first time, and it was just as good. We were pleased when we switched to the cheesy fries for the starter. Both the wings and the flatbread pizza with spinach and artichokes were excellent. Additionally, the Caesar salad was crunchy. Fantastic location!

I stopped by here for lunch with a friend of mine . Everything was great ! Waitress Keyara was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I will be back for her . I got 4 lemon drops with different flavors . Mango is my favorite!

I’ve always enjoyed this place for both the food and the service, but my last visit was a bit of a letdown. I had a server who seemed a little forgetful and had to keep coming back to double-check my order. While it didn’t ruin the experience for me, I’ll definitely be avoiding sitting in this person’s section in the future. On the bright side, the ribs were incredibly tender—fall-off-the-bone good—so I still have no complaints about the food. I really don’t want to give a bad review, but I wanted to mention the experience.

Kinda loud .. waitress has a chip on her shoulder but was still polite... food was good... , my wife got the berry 🍓🫐 salad, and lo had a fruit fly in it, after she ate almost all of it... Smh. They gave as credit for it ...

The food was fine. The level of service has decreased. One person at my table found plastic in her burger and another person received the wrong order twice. We understand that things happen in kitchens, but there was really no accountability and the waitress disappeared because she felt that she wasn't going to get a tip..... although tips are already included in your bill.

Had the cheese steak egg rolls and shrimp skewers...awesome

If you think you are going to make adjustments to your order dont even go even if you are willing to pay for the changes. I will not be coming back.

Great service, waitress very friendly and that cajun chicken and shrimp pasta is to DIE for...I make sure I stop there for lunch when I travel to Greensboro, NC.

Came to eat and have drinks, a mite was crawling on our silverware, and long blond hair was on our table, the waitress was very apologetic however the manager Liz could care less. They took the food off our checks and I’m thankful. Just next time be apologetic instead of telling me “that’s the first” and then when i ask if you want to see the video you say “you prefer not” as a manager YOU should want to see what’s going on in your restaurant. I have a video unfortunately i can’t upload it.

First of all we had 9 in our party and the server got all our beers wrong. Took them 3 tries to get it right and they still got 2 of them wrong on the 3rd try. Then one never got their side they ordered, I ordered the 1/2 cranberry flat bread with Caesar salad, I was done my sandwich by the time I got my salad, another ordered wings/salad combo, never got the salad until they aske them for it. I guess they were understaffed. Will not be going back after this fiasco.

Went to lunch with my friends ordered turkey cranberry wrap for lunch. My food came the wrap came without the fries. I put my food to the side and waited on the fries. As the servers came over I said twice I did not have my fries.After about 30 minutes after everyone had etaten. The server came and pick up the checks I said again I haven't got my fries and everyone has eaten you can take the wrap back. The manager asked "so you don't want it." with an attitude. I said, "no everyone has eaten. " She said the fries are on there way. I said no need. She got the food and walked off. Then on the way out one of the hostess said, "there is always one that causes a problem and wanted to be catered to." So I said, "how is it not a problem when I waited 30 minutes for fries." Also she said you can get you Mcdonalds fries now." I said no, I am going to Dames Chicken and Waffles."
The staff was rude, unprofessional and lacked customer service skills dealing with the public. Furthemore I personally do not like the way I was handled in the establishment.

The food here is amazing. I love the variety of foods on the menu and they never disappoint.
