We recently went to Kickback Jacks on Battleground and had a great experience. Queen was our waitress and she was on her 2nd day and did phenomenal. We had such a good time and the food was great. I really enjoyed our dinner tonight and really want to shout out Queen for her great service and the cooks that night. Sometimes it isn't 5 star service, tonight it definitely was.

I work with a women's basketball team and we were traveling with a group of 25 people. As you can imagine, this can be overwhelming for restaurants. Originally the restaurant said they could not take us, but after speaking with the GM she said it wouldn't be a problem. Cameron (sp) I believe was his name, took really good care of us on the backend.When we got there, they took the initiative to label each seat and within 10min our food was coming out. There were rarely any complaints. One person just ordered more food because the portions were too small. Outside of that everything from top to bottom, was awesome! I had the ribeye steak which tasted good and was cooked well.A small detail that I absolutely loved is that they had men's AND women's basketball playing on the TV.We will definitely return ... if allowed lol!

Went there today to have one drink and ordered a burger to go. As I was leaving this (overweight) black guy said something prejudice at his table about me. He said (people ain't supposed to be that way). Just because I'm a Eunuch person. If people wipe the dust off their Bible and read it they'll know that us Eunuchs are in there and that in Matthew 19:12 Jesus says For there are Eunuchs born that way from the mother's womb. I could have told him that he ain't supposed to be fat but I didn't because I have the right spirit in me. He ain't supposed to gossip about others either. Just like women ain't supposed to wear pants either. He's just another self righteous hypocrite. The people that work there have been nice to me so far.

First time visiting. In town for conference. Ordered food for pickup. Food was awesome. Wings were delicious, as was the lemonade. Loaded fries were not a great choice, as they sweat during wait and transport, and were semi-wet upon unboxing. Otherwise, bet they would have been delicious. Atmosphere was not pleasant, as there were several men hanging out talking to waitresses and hostess, and seemed to just be a bother. Sagging pants, and showing boxers is not the sight I wanted while trying to pick up my food, but the lady assisting me (although apparently frustrated) was very helpful. Will definitely try again, even if just for the grilled wings in asain heat sauce...Wheelchair accessibility: Not easily accessible by wheelchair.
Placed a Togo order was told it would be ready in 15min and waited over an hour for it to be ready. I would’ve just left but I had already paid. No apology or anything offered because of this we will not be back at this location again.

They need to get there act together here. I don't know if they're understaffed or what. Waited well over a half hour for my drink..then they tell me they it's out ,so order something different and still don't get my drink . Have to ask multiple times for it . tell me it's because there's no bartender???? It's March madness week an u don't have a bartender?? But everyone else at my table has their drink??? Charged us for 2 drinks we didn't even get. Theres a a line out the door but bunch of open tables.. left our menus on table whole time.. and then tell us to put all dirty dishes at the end of table and they'll pick up.they sat there the whole time. Ridiculous.waited for check for over an hour. Don't waste your time there.ridiculous.
