We have been politely waiting for a server for 25 minutes. We pointed out tables all around us have come in after us have been served drinks and food and we have not spoken to a server or a manager.

it was quite when we arrived and are now at 35 minutes. Strangest kind of customer service ever

Been to Kickbacks several times for business events. For me Kickbacks always on point. ClI heard their pasta was great, but couldn’t go wrong with the Fish and chips. Did not disappoint. Fish was so flavorful. Caesar salad was fresh, Mac and cheese was ok. Service was fast and friendly even during games. “Choose Your Plate, Choose Your Fate”.

I usually just do take out and I'm grateful for how late this place stays open. Shania (I'm sorry if I'm spelling that wrong) has helped me the last few times I've gone to pick up food and she is so lovely! Just kind and fun. The food is great, love their burgers and spinach dip. Definitely one of my go to spots.

Food was lousy, one member of our party ordered "the hottest wings they had" and was met with wings that tasted like they were cooked in steak sauce, the chicken tenders were chewy, the medium rare steak ordered was cooked well at best, the fried pickles were hard, and to top all our server did not seem happy to have our table, though there were several servers standing around, she seemed overwhelmed, we left a good tip despite all because we are hard to disappoint to say the least, I myself was very reluctant to type this because I am not one to complain, but I would definitely skip this location had I could do it over.

let me just say this is the worst, unfriendliest service me and my family have ever had out to eat. First of all it was my mom’s birthday so we decided to eat here, so we get here and they sit us at a table that is below a leaky ceiling… The server was like “oh we meant to tell yall”…girl then why did you sit us here. Anyway, we moved to a different table then our server is the most monotone, unfriendly server to grace the planet. She acts like she doesn’t even want to be here, which is fine but don’t take it out on us bookie! so then our food comes and all of the accommodations we asked for were not met…then the people who brought it out were standing around expecting US to grab the food and put it in the table…ISNT THAT YOUR JOB?!? I forgot to mention we had balloons for my mom’s birthday and the manager came over and told us we couldn’t have them in here…since when? so no problem, we took them to the car then we ask the server about the no balloon policy…and in the most nonchalant, rude way she says “I don’t know, I don’t know” girl first of all have you ever heard of tact, grace, decorum? like when someone asks why you didn’t get tipped you gone be somewhere saying the same thing. Jk I’m gonna tip but this whole experience has been annoying and not birthday worthy🙄🙄🙄

The food and customer service was great! We tried the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls along with the flatbread carnivore pizza. Everything was great! Although it was busy the service was also fairly quick, no wait time for a Saturday!

After being reluctant to give appetizer and entree order at once, server assured me she will put it in afterwards so we had time to eat our appetizer first. Low and behold entrees show up 5-10 minutes before the appetizer. She should have just let us order entrees later on like we wanted to. Doesn’t make much sense to me.

Bad management and an even worse company to give your money to. If you have any problems with your order they won't refund...they'll just mail you a $10 gift card no matter the amount of mess up, and then they hastle you for more information. Sad that everyone in the store has no accountability and will blame it on "Corporate." Hopefully Corporate sees this, although part of a chain that is too big to fail we won't spend any more money here and a shame to think visiting 2 - 3 times a week for last 6 months doesn't matter. Oh well.
