Nasty. Bathroom smells like a very strong sewer. Rice was room temp. Asked for shrimp and scallops well done with browning from grill. It was not!!! Restaurant was completely empty… Couldn’t eat my food once they gave me some more rice and put food back on grill, fly’s were everywhere. 1st and last time visiting this place. Sucks!!!!

Kobe Grill has become disgusting. Two of my dipping sauces had hairs in them that you could see through the lid on the containers. Hope it wasn’t purposeful. Also, when you request the steak to be cooked a certain way, they char it until it is not chewable anymore. Literally so tough you can’t chew.

It’s a shame because I really used to enjoy eating here, but the quality of the cooked food has become absolutely disgusting, and some of it is unsanitary with finding hairs in the food.

I have been bothered by this for 2 months so maybe getting this review out will make me feel better. My wife and I used to love this place....we would make a special trip across town. But we haven't been back in 2 months. I don't hate Kobe but I no longer seek them out. Okay they served me their soup (they only have one kind) correct in a to go cup for a to-go meal, but cold in the middle. I told them. Instead of a new one, they walked my used soup into the back, already a big health code violation. But the clincher is I realized they just microwaved the Styrofoam. Worse, i realized EVERY soup ive ordered has been heated microwaved Styrofoam. You aren't supposed to do that! (Everything is served in Styrofoam here, including dine-in soup.) When I complained, I was told by the assistant manager lady that I was industry standard cooking. I guess it is. But that doesn't make it right and I certainly doesn't excuse the poor service. Do better, Kobe. Make your soup in a pot, or microwave in a big mug. Better still stop using Styrofoam. Even before this, I hated the idea of your food swimming in melted Styrofoam. Restaurants with lower prices manage real plates, you can, too. Your veggies and meals are still awesome so it's sad the packaging ruins it

Our go to hibachi spot. White sauce is stellar and generous. We'll priced and can order online conveniently. Hibachi chicken and hibachi shrimp are both good

I ordered the hibachi vegetable plate with noodles and the noodles were very plain it was not cooked with teriyaki sauce at all. The vegetables lacked teriyaki sauce also which made it very plain to taste. I also order a side of hibachi fried rice which was plain also due to no teriyaki sauce. The spring rolls were good, probably the best thing that I ate from here. Next time I will just stick to Tokyo Grill. Thanks!

Highly recommend the hibachi chicken.
I've had their hibachi 3 times now and the food is amazing each time. The rice is very flavorful and probably the best I've had. I do wish the chicken proportions are a bit larger but thats ok. The service is also always great when I've went on my lunch break and I haven't had to wait long for my food at all.
